This condominium was built in 2006. Our unit is #15, located on the corner of the third floor with a great view of the beach. This condominium is beautifully decorated but with comfort in mind. There is a large balcony with a BBQ grill and table and chairs so you can enjoy your meals with the great view of the ocean.
This unit is located directly on the beach. Just ride the elevator down, step off and you are at the pool, just a few feet past the pool and you are on the beautiful white sands of the beach. No driving, no long walk and no busy roads to cross. The convenience of the Mexico Beach pier is literally just a few feet from our building.
There are many shops and great places to eat right here in Mexico Beach. You are only 30 minutes to Panama City to the West, or about 45 minutes to Apalachicola and St. George Island.

This is one of the nicest places I have stayed at on the beach! Everything was super clean when we arrived, the beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed, the view was spectacular from the big balcony! We were there for a girlfriends weekend and had a blast! This is a nice place to bring a family as it is quiet yet just down the road from Panama City! There are great seafood places to eat at like Toucans! The decor in the condo makes you feel right at home yet has the feeling of a beach house. The swimming pool downstairs was clean and the beach and pier were right out the back door! We had no trouble at all with the exchange of money to pay for the rental and owner is a very nice person to deal with! Thank you so very much for allowing us to rent your place! We will be back and we will be spreading the word about what a fabulous place that you have for rent!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
