CUTE LITTLE CHARMER!!!
This home is located on beautiful Lake Coeur d' Alene, in Echo Bay. This may be one of the most peaceful settings on the lake, nestled back in the pine trees! There is a large deck overlooking the water and bay. BBQ and picnic on the deck, or relax in the shade after a day of boating. Down at the water, there is a nice sandy area to swim, picnic table, fire pit and plenty of sunshine to enjoy! The bay is perfect for waterskiing, wakeboarding, kayaking or canoeing.
This cute and cozy studio/1 bedroom, 1 bath fully furnished home sleeps up to 6 maximum. The sleeping area is separated by a partition wall and has one queen bed and two twin beds. Couch converts to a double bed. The house is located behind the main house and owners do live on the property. They are very nice, helpful and respect their renter’s privacy.
At this Echo Bay Vacation home, you are just 30 minutes away from downtown Coeur d' Alene with all of the restaurants, shopping, and activities you could imagine. Silverwood Theme Park is just 60 minutes away, and a great day trip for the entire family!

Deposit: $500.00 due at booking to secure reservation.
$150 of deposit is non-refundable due to cleaning, inspection, & garbage removal.
$350 of deposit is refundable 30 days after departure if no damages to property.
