  The house was wonderful, even nicer than I had expected. I love, love, loved the lay-out and the glass doors!! No one was rushing to get to the lake! In fact the 2nd day the starter on our boat went out , had we been in a hotel this would have ruined the vacation, but staying in your home no one was complaining! We hung out by the pool, my son played his video games and my husband fixed the boat without everyone whining! We really had a wonderful time, thank you again.

  We rented for a few days, wish now i would had rented longer- the time flew by. Let me start off with the amazing rain storm that happen for 3 hours straight. The house is very comfortable with the bedrooms away from kitchen and family room so if people want to sleep in late, they won't hear a sound. Kitchen is open, you can cook and mingle with friends at the same time. Some dry condiments are left from other renters so that came in handy. Pots and pans, serving platters etc. There is an a store less than a few miles away Bashas that offers everything from wood fire pizzas to freshest seafood. We spent the majority or our time out by the pool / jacuzzi grilling appetizers having poolside coctails. Only thing that was a bummer was the stero system wasnt working, would have been really nice to listen to some soft jazz hanging poolside but that didnt matter, we still had an amazing time. Rock formations at night are amazing too, the lights reflect off them and they look like animals. We will be back next year ...counting the days. Barb & Mike Friends & Family

  Our family thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of this house. The pool was awesome. Very cool decor and great layout. The rooms were furnished with everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this rental. You will not be disappointed.

  The Rock Star Ranch was perfect for our family. We have two kids and they loved the unique swimming pool and awesome color changing pool lights at night. It was a perfect place to relax after a day of boating on the lake. It is only a few miles from Lake Havasu Marina and there was plenty of parking for our car and trailer. It is located in a very secluded spot on a dead end street with a hill backing the property. The house was much bigger than I had imagined it based on the photos from this website. The U shape style house is perfect for watching your kids swim from almost every room in the house. We had a few problems initially with the pool lights, but we're able to contact Stephanie quickly to remedy the problem. When we were there we saw a cleaning crew, pool cleaning team, and a pest control guy. Stephanie really is on top of things making sure everything is maintained and up to par. We are looking forward to our next visit to Lake Havasu and hopefully Stephanie's Rockin' Ranch will be available for us to enjoy.

  My Family and I have been coming to Lake Havasu for several years. The RockStar Ranch is one of the better houses we have rented. The house is layed out in a "U" shaped and the focus of the property is the pool, the back yard is very private with no neighbors to the rear.. The bedrooms are on one end of the house and the kitchen/family rooms are on the other side. With the bedrooms on the other side of the house, we were able to put the kids to sleep and stay up and drink with our friends without worrying about waking them up. The beds in all rooms were very comfortable. The kids loved the pool when we came off the lake and while we made dinner. We have a 2 year old and he loved the lounge part of the pool. He was able to splash around while our 7 year old came swim in the regular part of the pool. All in All it was a great vacation home and I plan on staying at the ranch next time we head out to Havasu. Hopefully it is available!! Thank you Stephanie for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

  We spent a week @ The Rock Star Ranch and would have to agree that we found a house that we will be back again to visit. We have been renting a house every summer in Havasu for the last 10-12 years now and have never stayed in the same house twice !!! That might have changed.....We really enjoyed the pool set up. The wading pool was perfect for the grandkids and the jacuzzi was perfect for the adults after hours. The backdrop for the home is incredible.....We would recommend this home to our friends for a great getaway....The owner was easy to work with and the home was ready for our arrival.

  This was the 1st time I ever used VRBO, it was easy and I would recommend and stay at this property again.The owner was very easy to work with.

  Traveling with four "teenagers" and two adults, it is often difficult to make everyone happy. The spacious, open home was just as pictured on the site. We felt at home right away and hated to leave our new favorite spot. The home is located near a grocery store and within 10 miles of a Walmart for all those last minute needs. The FREE Site Six Launch ramp is only a short drive and made visiting the river quick and painless. The t.v.'s in the home are compatiable with your home gaming system, we set up the Wii in the "Cheetah Lounge", which made a great game group for us all. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Stephanie for a wonderful vacation.

  We stayed at the "Ranch" with our twins, 6 years old, and had a hard time getting them out of the Pool which is one of the very nice features at the property. Very nice rental property in a desirable somewhat secluded and quiet area of Lake Havasu City. House is well maintained and everything was in working order. Would stay there again....!!
