The Rock Star Ranch was perfect for our family. We have two kids and they loved the unique swimming pool and awesome color changing pool lights at night. It was a perfect place to relax after a day of boating on the lake. It is only a few miles from Lake Havasu Marina and there was plenty of parking for our car and trailer. It is located in a very secluded spot on a dead end street with a hill backing the property. The house was much bigger than I had imagined it based on the photos from this website. The U shape style house is perfect for watching your kids swim from almost every room in the house. We had a few problems initially with the pool lights, but we're able to contact Stephanie quickly to remedy the problem. When we were there we saw a cleaning crew, pool cleaning team, and a pest control guy. Stephanie really is on top of things making sure everything is maintained and up to par. We are looking forward to our next visit to Lake Havasu and hopefully Stephanie's Rockin' Ranch will be available for us to enjoy.

Great Family/Friend Vacation

My Family and I have been coming to Lake Havasu for several years. The RockStar Ranch is one of the better houses we have rented. The house is layed out in a "U" shaped and the focus of the property is the pool, the back yard is very private with no neighbors to the rear.. The bedrooms are on one end of the house and the kitchen/family rooms are on the other side. With the bedrooms on the other side of the house, we were able to put the kids to sleep and stay up and drink with our friends without worrying about waking them up. The beds in all rooms were very comfortable. The kids loved the pool when we came off the lake and while we made dinner. We have a 2 year old and he loved the lounge part of the pool. He was able to splash around while our 7 year old came swim in the regular part of the pool. All in All it was a great vacation home and I plan on staying at the ranch next time we head out to Havasu. Hopefully it is available!! Thank you Stephanie for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of this house. The pool was awesome. Very cool decor and great layout. The rooms were furnished with everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this rental. You will not be disappointed.

We spent a week @ The Rock Star Ranch and would have to agree that we found a house that we will be back again to visit. We have been renting a house every summer in Havasu for the last 10-12 years now and have never stayed in the same house twice !!! That might have changed.....We really enjoyed the pool set up. The wading pool was perfect for the grandkids and the jacuzzi was perfect for the adults after hours. The backdrop for the home is incredible.....We would recommend this home to our friends for a great getaway....The owner was easy to work with and the home was ready for our arrival.

Traveling with four "teenagers" and two adults, it is often difficult to make everyone happy. The spacious, open home was just as pictured on the site. We felt at home right away and hated to leave our new favorite spot. The home is located near a grocery store and within 10 miles of a Walmart for all those last minute needs. The FREE Site Six Launch ramp is only a short drive and made visiting the river quick and painless. The t.v.'s in the home are compatiable with your home gaming system, we set up the Wii in the "Cheetah Lounge", which made a great game group for us all. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Stephanie for a wonderful vacation.

This was the 1st time I ever used VRBO, it was easy and I would recommend and stay at this property again.The owner was very easy to work with.

Had a Rockin' Time at the Rock Star

House was great (especially the AC on a 120 deg day!) Had everything we needed and more. Pool was best feature, kids and adults loved the set up. Only couple of items to notate during visit: Door to back by living room sticks at bottom, used other doors instead and pool light in baja area did not work. Have already recommended to others at work. Will definitely rent for next year's trip!!

Owner response:All the pool lights work....There is a separate remote that controls all three pool lights and colors!! It is beautiful at night! Door has been tightened so it no longer sticks and is easy to open.

Wonderful Privacy and Easy Living

Loooved this place. Up next to a mountain bluff, really neat pool and privacy. Close to the city attractions. Lovely decor. Clean, photos accurate, owner helpful. Only wants were that the all around speaker system worked, the double shower head worked, the ice maker worked, and a table on the patio. It was still great...would definitely return.

Owner response:Speaker system works and has MP3 connection. There are 6 Lounge chairs and a dinning table and chairs around pool on Patio. The ice maker is working...Fridge is only a few months old!

Great stay at Lake Havasu City

We stayed at the "Ranch" with our twins, 6 years old, and had a hard time getting them out of the Pool which is one of the very nice features at the property. Very nice rental property in a desirable somewhat secluded and quiet area of Lake Havasu City. House is well maintained and everything was in working order. Would stay there again....!!

Perfect place to entertain and relax

The home is set up perfectly to entertain and relax, the pool is amazing and the layout of the home is ideal for groups or just a few people. The home is tucked away in a cul-de-sac with a private backyard looking up to a hill side. The owner was very accommodating to questions and request, even in the late evening. The house is very clean and neat and would definitely stay there again and would recommend to any friends and family.
