"The Sea Port Cottage" totally nautical in decor is right in the heart of downtown Carrabelle and within steps of the Carrabelle River sea port. Originally housed by Sea Port Realty, Inc., we have incorporated the name into our cottage. In May 2009, I have added new carpeting, new kitchen cabinets & dbl stainless steel sink, new vanity cabinet & sink in main bath, new curtains, new self cleaning range, new refrigerator & more.
3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Dining Room, kitchen, central heat/ac utility area with washer/dryer, cable TV, deck on front with view of the Tillie Miller bridge crossing Carrabelle River, and small screen porch on back.
"The Palm Tree" bedroom has an outside front private entrance, queen size bed, armoire, 2 night stands, chest of drawers, 2 chairs & 2 carts and TV.
The "Old Florida" Bedroom has queen size bed, large dresser w/ lighted mirror, armoire, wall mirror, nightstatnd, TV & stand, small clothes closet, c/ha + window ac, and bathroom with stand up shower, sink, commode and linen closet also router box for internet.
The "Sea Shore" bedroom has a double bed, with armoire, matching bench seats, chest of drawers, 2 chairs and a small TV for the DVD player.
Living Room area has queen size sofa bed, full size sofa bed, small end tables, TV, DVD player, some dvd's, books and games.
Main bath has tub only, vanity cabinet, commode & sink.(no shower in this bath)
Nautical Decor throughout. Equipped with cable TV, , DVD player,some dvd's, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, coffee pot,espresso machine, dishes, cookware, cutlery, coffee, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent. Bathroom tissue and paper towels, are furnished initially. All linens are furnished including sheets, blankets, comforters, pillows, towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen towels,etc.
Will sleep 8-10. Rates are based for 6 guests. Call for price quote if over 6 guests.
We want this to be a pleasurable stay for you and us. Please keep the following in mind:
A damage fee will be charged to your credit card on file if any items are broken, lost, misplaced and there are any damages to furniture, carpeting and/or equipment, dishes etc. based on damages and replacement cost with the exception of normal wear & tear, not to exceed $250.00.
The premises are clean and all beds are made upon your arrival. Tenants are expected to keep the premises clean. A vacuum cleaner is provided, along with brooms, some cleaning supplies,etc.

Why the Owner Chose Carrabelle
This was formerly my first real estate office, Sea Port Realty, Inc. I love staying here when I am in Carrabelle, drinking coffee and cooking out on the deck overlooking downtown and limited view of the Carrabelle River. I thought others would enjoy this as well and decided to share it as a vacation rental.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Walking around the town, antiquing, going to the beach, shopping in the little shops, walking to the river, fishing, sightseeing, relaxing and cooking on the deck and visiting with the friends and folks in the community.
Everything is a few steps away. Shops, Post Office, Fire Dept. ice cream & coffee shop, bait shop, video store, lounges, etc.

Hi: I am Mary Lou Patmore, owner of "The Sea Port Cottage". This was formerly my first real estate office; Sea Port Realty, Inc. I enjoyed many years of real estate from this location before deciding to relocate my office to Marianna where I reside. This is where Sea Port Realty, Inc. originated and I have quite a fondness for this cottage. We've enjoyed many happy times on the deck, cooking out with friends, family and customers here. I am at present still a real estate broker/owner of Sea Port Realty, Inc, and also owned and operated our own "Old fashioned Ice Cream Parlor in Marianna, Florida. Recently I have taken advantage of the "slow real estate market to travel with my husband and 2 dogs. We have a blue heeler/border collie and a pomeranian. I also buy old houses and renovate them into commercial rentals. I also love to do interior designing and decorating.
