Newly remodeled, our bright, three-bedroom (queen, queen, and two twins), two-plus-bathroom, single-story home is located on a large, corner lot. Decorated with style and quality furnishings, our house greets you with sunny freshness and openness, yet has a cozy feel for settling in on foggy days.
A redwood fence encloses a lovely, private garden and patio for lounging and reading. The modern kitchen is adorned with custom, hand-painted tiles done by a local Carmel artist. Hardwood floors, white cabinets, dishwasher, disposal, electric stove top, oven, refrigerator, and microwave complete this fully-stocked kitchen. All appliances are new.
The dining room has hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out on a quaint back yard. The custom-built, oak dining table has seating for eight. The dining room also includes a custom-tiled bar. The comfortable living room begins with a large, Carmel stone, gas-burning fireplace that opens into two rooms. A large, built-in bookcase in the living room is stocked with some great books. Perfect for relaxing morning, noon, or night! The floor-to-ceiling glass doors look out to the patio and can slide open for an outdoor feeling on a warm sunny day.
The newly remodeled, family room is just off the living room and is freshly carpeted with love seat, chairs, Flat screen HDTV with cable, DVD, VCR, and Foosball table. 2 Futon pads are available for lounging or extra sleeping spots for only very small kids.
The house is equipped with Wireless DSL internet access, so bring your wireless laptop and lounge in the house or out in the relaxing gardens.
The well-appointed, master bedroom has a lovely, queen-size bed and views of the private patio. An interior door leads to a newly remodeled tiled bathroom with glassed shower and sink and a separate, one-half bath with toilet and sink. Down the hall is the second bedroom with twin beds. At the end of the hallway is a large, third bedroom with queen-size bed, lots of windows, and an exterior door leading out to front patio. Between the bedrooms is a completely remodeled, private bath with toilet, sink, and shower. All the bedrooms have special linens and comforters.
The house is radiant heated in most rooms with baseboard heating in others. Washer and dryer in large utility room off the kitchen. Driveway parking for 3 cars.
Located in a popular yet quiet neighborhood called Carmel Woods, our charming family home is within 7 blocks of the heart of Carmel’s quaint shops, galleries and fine dining. Just an additional 6 blocks to Carmel’s famous walking and swimming beach. Tennis courts are just a short two (2) block walk from your front door.

Our small family spent Easter week at Lilli's. Excellent beds and linens, well-stocked kitchen, serene gardens, and a quite locale.Lilli and Bob would be so proud of their children!

We spent a week at Lilli's house in August. 4 adults and 2 young children (2 and 5). It was the perfect setting. The courtyard is absolutely spectacular and so private. We attended a small family reunion in Carmel so each family member rented homes in the area. Lilli's house was walking distance to the other houses, just 1 short block away. Thank you so much for opening your home and history behind it to our family. IF we return to Carmel we will definitely stay here again- although coming from Seattle, the weather was pretty disappointing. :)

Robyn and Debbie - we had a great time at your house. Thank you. This house was located within walking distance to downtown. In fact, we walked to downtown every afternoon after we had our morning adventure with our 3 kids. Downtown was about 5-7 blocks away (we also walked to the beach - although, we were given the recommendation to drive, we found that it wasn't that far from the house and the walk was pleasant - but we're used to walking). The best part about this house is how kid friendly it was and how very clean and COMFORTABLE it was. We had 3 kids all under the age of 4 (17 month old twins, and an almost 4 year old). The layout was great - there were a lot of windows overlooking the patio, which was fully enclosed and it felt safe. We loved staying at this house so much, we are considering returning next summer. The house was just perfect ! Our family (including our 2 little ones) really enjoyed the house and the location. We walked daily to downtown and beach. The house is greatly equiped, with everything you could need, including a great yard for the kids to play and the grown ups to relax.

Our group of two couples and a friend were very pleased with the house. It was very clean, well equipped, nicely furnished, quiet - - - perfect in every way for our group. The location was convenient and the neighborhood very pleasant. If we wanted to stay in Carmel again we would definitely make this house our first choice.
