Why the Owner Chose Heavenly Valley
Skiers and Boarders know Saddle Road as the best ski location in Tahoe. Heavenly California Base lodge is on Saddle RD. The entire house is surronded by National Forest no other home around. The back yard is Heavenly valley - if there is enough snow you can ski down to the home. The Heavenly employees park on the other side of the street and walk to work.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
This is a cozy ski cabin - nicely decorated. Close to the Stateline casinos, beach, bike trails, hiking. In the summer it is quite and you experience a quite surronding. Ski Season it is an awesome location. Never have had a problem renting this cabin because of the Location.
This is where Heavenly Valleys Ski School is located. They call it the Enchanted Forest!

My Family and I have owned this home since 2000, I was born and raised in Tahoe and bought this house with my husband before I bought a house in the Bay Area where we live full time. The reason we bought it is because my Dad is Tahoe real estate agent and it was a friend of a friend and never even hit the market. The location is amazing. I have always rented this house on a monthly basis or to friends, this is the first year I am trying to vacation rent. I hope people will enjoy and treat this cabin as they would their own.
