I have been in the vacation rental business for over 19 years. I love my job; my goal is to help guests find the perfect getaway. Whether your getaway is a few days or a week, time away from it all is so important and making lasting memories is what life is all about. We have created deluxe getaways with all the comforts of home and even more. I go to great lengths to provide quality properties that I am proud to say I manage.
My husband Duane and I have been married for 27 years we have 3 grown sons and a grandson. We have owned and or managed over 11 properties over the last 19 years.
Why the Owner Chose Wautoma
We purchased our 1st lake home 19 years ago in Wautoma because it was not to far but far enough from home. Wautoma being just 2 hours north of Milwaukee, 1 1/2 hours north of Madison, and 1 hour west of the fox valley. It is a perfect distance for a weekend stay. Waushara County is an amazing county located in central Wisconsin this small county boosts of 96 lakes and miles and miles of trout streams and rivers. Loaded with rolling hills pine tree and wildlife we call it the gateway to the north, it feels like you are in upper Wisconsin with out the drive

The Sandy Shores Lakeside Lodge is a tranquil getaway from the hectic day to day life most of us live.. The condo is beautifully decorated,roomy,warm and inviting. The view from every room is amazing. Pearl Lake is a lake with all the qualities guests are looking for. Off the beat and path, spring fed clean, sand bottom, motorboats are allowed from 10-4 daily and after 4 the peace of lake living and the night air are mesmerizing

This is a wonderful retreat. We could not have been treated better and with better accommodations. Plenty of room for a family or just a couple, as we were. Very clean and very well equipped. The setting is beautiful with the lake and lots of views to the lake wherever you are in the house. Just a perfect getaway regardless of the number of people. Even great for a company retreat. Great tips and maps on places to go in the area and places to eat. Thanks for a wonderful time!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I honestly can't think of a single thing I would change/do differently! It seems like no matter what we needed, it was there. (We brought some wine, but no wine opener...you HAD IT! We were wondering about area restaurants...you HAD reccommendations!) We had some great meals at local places, and I can honestly say, people in the community are SO friendly! Especially at the fabulous grocery store in Wautoma...I told my husband I could move there just for that store! :) So thank you again for

We had a great time at sandy Shores ice fishing, playing in the snow and in the hot tub. The house is very relaxing and beautiful. We are looking forward to coming gain.

This home was a fantastic retreat for a group gathering. Misty was extremely responsive during the planning, and the home was exceedingly well-equipped and very clean. The property rests on the shore of beautiful Pearl Lake and views are stunning. As a winter retreat, we made use of nearby Nordic Mountain Ski Hill and enjoyed a great hike on the ice. We would strongly recommend this destination.
