Construction is done, we have completly remodeled both bathrooms with granite counter tops,new cabinets, tub, and even a walk in shower in the master bath! Even the kitchen has granite counter tops. The new look in the Living room and Dining room is soft blues and yellows with new furniture and carpeting to complete our new look.

Our Non-Smoking, sixth floor condo sleeps six and has two bedrooms, two baths,totally remodeled kitchen with new cermanic tile in kitchen and both baths,new carpet, new Egyptian linens, and some new paint. Master bedroom with a new sealy perfect sleeper queen bed and bath, guest room with two double beds. New 36 inch flat screen tv in living room with memory slot to view you're vacation pictures while still on vacation

Gulf-front building located between the popular towns of Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach. Only 30 minutes from Tampa Airport and 180 minutes (by air) from Chicago's O'Hare Airport. For the Boaters and Fisherman, we have a private fishing dock and a boat dock and there is a boat ramp only a 1/4 mile away on the Intercoastal Waterway.

We are 90 minutes from Disney World, 45 minutes from Busch Gardens, and only minutes from some of the best eating and shopping in the area.

  • What a fantastic condo... we had such a wonderful vacation during the week of Mar.8-15th, 2008. It was very hard to leave. The condo is very clean, comfortable, and what a location!!! Truly we felt like we were in paradise!!! We saw dolphins right from the balcony :) We most definitely would want to return again. Thank-you so much!!!

  • What an awesome time we had staying in your condo. The only problem we had was the trip was to short. One week is not enough. The place was beautiful and so clean. It had all the amenities you could want and then some. It is so nice to get up in the morning and sit on the deck with my coffee and watch for the dolphins. If life was like this everyday we would all live to be 100. It was so relaxing. I have to get my vacation planned for next year so I can get your condo again. Your bed was more comfortable than mine at home. Can't say enough about it. It is beautiful. Thanks again for sharing it with us. Vicki Demiduk & Family

  • We stayed with 4 other friends at the condo over New Year's Eve 2004 and had the best and one of the most memorable New Year's Eve's ever! We rang in the new year by swimming, playing games on the round table, then going down to the beach at midnight - everyone was out there celebrating with us. We took a trip up North one day and went snorkeling with the Manatees which was amazing. We loved John's Pass too - it isn't difficult to find something fun to do every day or you can just relax at the pool or by the beach. Our stay was before all the renovations and we thought it was wonderful then, so we would definitely like to stay again soon. Everything you need and want is in this condo. I would recommend staying here to anyone, it is a wonderful experience!

  • The condo is absolutely beautiful! The balcony was wonderful, and we did see dolphins in the waterway a couple of mornings we were there. The beach is lovely, too, and our 2.5 year-old fell in love. It was a wonderful stay! You have certainly made a welcoming, comfortable home for people, and we'll be telling people about your condo for years to come! I hope we can return some day, and maybe even spend more time. Oh, and Grammy loved having the space and the kitchen so she could fix her tea & toast in the mornings!

  • Great location!! The kids loved the warm pool and having the beach right there was a real plus. The upgrades in the condo make it stand our from some of the others we have rented in the past. We loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants. We hope to be back soon!
