Immaculate Up and Down duplex rental with fenced yard. 2 blocks to the beach (traffic light at end of street for easy crossing during summer season). Currently renting the downstairs unit only. Close to "Skipper Dipper". Acme supermarket, movie theatre, miniature golf, boat rentals and more.
Feel free to use our bikes for an early morning ride to get coffee and bagels to start the day! Fenced yard, large outside shower with dressing room, upstairs deck (if you are renting the upstairs) freshly painted interior, new carpet and lots of room to just hang out. Downstairs sleeps 6 and rents for about 1400/wk. (Upstairs is smaller and is rented for 1200/wk) This home is really clean and the views are just breathtaking. After a day at the beach unwind with your favorite "beverage" while watching the sun set over the peaceful, calming bay waters.

I am a full time realtor in the Princeton/Hopewell area. I love the beach on my days off and hope to live by the water when I retire. There is nothing more calming to me. I live on a 400 acre farm (my husband is a farmer) and we have 6 children.
Why the Owner Chose Peahala Park
In 2001 I re-discovered Long Beach Island on a family vacation and decided to invest in a rental home here (I had not been down there since 1976). I searched the entire Island (in my price range) and found only one home with a water view, so I bought it! There were lots of homes that were bigger and updated more but didn't have views of the ocean or the bay. If you come stay on the island and don't have a view...shame on you! Only a few weeks left! Come have fun and relax in my rental home and I bet you come back again next year!
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our home is 2 streets from the movie theatre and the food store (great for late night munchies. We are close to tennis courts, bay beach (you can swim there with lifeguards). We have spectacular sunsets nightly (the neighbor renters meet at the end of the street to watch with their drinks on hand for a small "mini" party). Our yard is fenced (great for toddlers and also privacy). We have 2 units so if you are having a large family gathering and need to rent the upstairs for added space (would give you 4 bedrooms 2 baths, 2 kitchens etc.)
