With two boat docks, a boat ramp, 3 kayaks, and 2 bikes.It has recently been completely remodeled inside and out. - new tile floors, a new bait freezer downstairs, new decks, new siding and paint, a new master bedroom set and new patio furniture. All new pillow top mattresses. Complete with DVD and VCR player, cable TV, new 42" flat screen, high-speed internet service,central AC and Heat, a new heated swimming pool, and ceiling fans in every room.
A cut-in boat basin allows great deep water fishing, which also protects your boat from windstorms.
The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have queen size beds. The third bedroom has 2 double beds. All new pillow top mattresses on all the beds!
This house comfortably sleeps eight people. The spacious and newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for the preparation of your fresh "catch of the day" or you can just microwave a snack. Spend your days sunning, reading, nature viewing or snorkeling at world famous Looe Key Reef. Rental includes two new one-man ocean sea kayaks to paddle around the island and use of two new 18-speed bikes.
Cudjoe is a charming Keys town with nearby restaurants, a day spa and unique shops. It's very close to Bahia Honda State Park with a beautiful sandy beach. You can enjoy one of the worlds most beautiful sunsets. You can go back country fishing, sport fishing or dive the wrecks, bring your own boat or charter one from one of the many nearby marina's. All this is within minutes from this rental property.

A "House-Broken" Pet is welcome; there is an additional fee for Pet of $160.
Includes a Heated Swimming Pool and use of two Sea Kayaks to paddle around island

Our family stayed at this property for a week in June 2011. The ocean view is one of the best we've had in the Keys, and we've stayed several places! The kayaks were an added bonus. It's especially nice to go kayaking when the sun is going down and the moon is coming up--very peaceful. We went snorkeling at Looe Key, with Strike Zone Charters which is just up the road and was the best $ value. Cudjoe Key is a great location, being mid-way between Key West and Marathon. We traveled to restaurants in those areas, but heard the Square Grouper in Cudjoe is excellent. Bahia Honda Park is a short drive and is spectacular for swimming and snorkeling. Having the pool was a plus as it gets hot in June. We enjoyed watching the Iguanas around the dock and the pool, they come out every day. The owner, Peter, was accessible and responsive if we needed anything or had questions, but the house was in good order. We had 6 adults which was a comfortable sized group for this house. We would stay here again.
Owner response:The views from the house are amazing. I looked at close to 25 homes before I bought this one over 20 years ago. As soon as I saw the view I knew this was the house I wanted. The house is on a quite dead end street with only 6 other homes on the whole block. Only one neighbor lives there full time, so no traffic or noise. You look out over the Atlantic Ocean at 3 beautiful Island, great for kayaking, with very little boat traffic. Come and enjoy the peace and quite and beauty of the Keys.

Five of us spent a week at this well equipped property. It is located near the end of a very quiet road. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed watching the iguanas that would come out to see what we were doing. We went kayaking out and around the mangrove island everyday and took a snorkeling trip out on Looe Key with Strike Zone Charters. It is a very short drive to Key West which we managed to do several times. Although this property could use some repairs/upgrading, we would not hesitate a second to return. It was very comfortable and extremely hard to leave!

Beautiful home! one highlight was watching the sunrise from the M Bdr then standing on the upper deck to watch the Sunset! a very well equipped home, with everything you need for a great vacation
