Why the Owner Chose St. George
This property is close to everything-yet private. We love hiking, biking, visiting Tuachan, (Annie and Footloose are presented 2009), boating, Zions. Our kids and grandkids enjoy time with us here several times each year. Nightlife is close if you want to leave the property. Downtown St George 5 minutes, Mesquite NV w/gambling-shows 30 minutes, and 1 hour away is Las Vegas.

My husband and I purchased this vacation home in the fall of 2007. It's the perfect location to golf and spend more time with our grandkids. We have a pool, firepit and jacuzzi and enjoy a lot which overlooks St George's newest city park with water features, tennis, basketball, volleyball, wifi - everything a family can imagine. Most of the property overlooks BLM land, so everything is open but ammenities are close. We are 2 miles off the freeway exit, and 5 miles from downtown St George. Now that we have had the opportunity to share our paradise with others, we can honestly say this is the best investment we've ever made!
