Our villa is a one bedroom, one bathroom side unit on the third floor of an ocean front complex in the desirable South Forest Beach area. Enjoy the wonderful ocean views from your Seaside balcony. This unit can accommodate up to six guests with a queen sized bed, queen sized living room sleeper sofa, and two built in bunk beds that are ideal for children! Our villa is fully appointed with all the comforts of home including a full kitchen with a dishwasher. New additions to the villa include two new flat screen TVs, cable, internet and phone. Save your cell phone minutes with the phone provided which includes free long distance on calls made to the continental US. Dont worry about the sometimes there-sometimes not wi-fi connections. Stay in touch or get some work done on your laptop by logging in to our dedicated secure wireless broadband internet.
Our villa is located in an ocean front complex that is directly on the beach so there is no need to even cross the street to get to the beach! Everything you need for a memorable beach vacation is in our villa. We provide two reclining beach chairs, a sand umbrella, sand toys for the kids, boogie boards, a cooler and a beach cart for your use and enjoyment. Seaside Villas also has a beautiful pool with plenty of chairs, tables, and lounge chairs. There is plenty of room to swim, play, sun, or just relax.
If its golf you're after, there are dozens of golf courses within a short drive, including the famous Harbour Town Golf Links in Sea Pines. Outstanding shopping and restaurants are just a short walk away (.29 mi) at Coligny Plaza. Enjoy the island wide exercise path as well. You can jog, bike, walk, or roller blade, all while enjoying the plentiful lush greenery.

Dear Thomas family, We had a great time on the island this past week. We've visted HHI every year for the past eight years and are always finding new and exciting things to do and see. Your villa was a great placefor our family of five. Your villa was enjoyed by us.We were very pleased with all the extras you have provided for your guests. Our son enjoyed using all the extra toys, especially the boogie boards. Dear Thomas family, We had a fun week at your little get away. It was a great escape for us too. [We were able to keep the place cool in the 100 degree temperatures by using the box fan to help draw the air conditioning down the hall and by keeping the blinds shut in the morning]. The villa was neat and clean, Thanks so much!

Dear Thomas family, We so enjoyesd our week here. It has been a wonderful place for our family to spend our vacation week. The villa is very clean and very well equipped. The location is perfefct for a family - [right on] the beach, pool, and so many great restaurants and attractions. My husband and I are runners - LOVED all of the trails! Our only concern was the temperature in the bedroom even with fans going. The heat index was 115 that day though!. We enjoyed evey minute of our time here!!!

Have had excellent weather the whole time. In the 80s the last couple of weeks. Never used heat or air the whole time. Hope the place is available next spring.

We vacationed in your villa from 6-26-11 to 7-3-11 and we had a fantabulous time. HHI is a favorite of ours. Your villa was very clean when we arrived and we treated it like our own during our stay. everything worked great. My only complaint is that we [didnt realize] how equipped y'all keep the villa (which is awesome) and we overpacked. It really is a lovely villa and we enjoyed every minute of our retreat.
