enjoyed the home. lots of room and beds, accomodated 4 adults and 5 children easily. great location, couldn't be better located. the pool table, video games and dart board keept kids entertained.. kitchen was well stocked (pots and pans, dishes, mixers.....) home was very charming and well maintained, the projection tv was awesome dowm side, no cable tv, no central air (master bedroom and one loft had no ac), WOULD RENT AGAIN AND REFFER TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Pros: Plenty of sleeping area, nice kitchen, pool table, old school arcade, wifi, great location, large parking area, grill and picnic table area with fire pit. We would definitely rent this property again in the winter to be close to the ski area's and with a larger group. It really would be perfect for a larger group. This was a last minute deal with the owner for my wife and i and our two very young children and dog. Take the cons with a grain of salt. I felt as though i had to point them out though. Cons: There are many tv's in this house but none are hooked up to cable. Also, the hot tub would've been great but a few of the jets didn't seem to work, unless i was doing it wrong. There was a note on the side that said look under the kitchen sink for instructions on using the chemicals, but we found nothing there. The place was not as clean as we would've liked. Hairball in the shower, clothes left in the dryer and dishes in the dishwasher etc. The trash was pretty backed up in the side shack. I'm fairly certain the place would be more clean before a long-term stay. Overall good place. Definitely more suited for winter stay for hitting the slopes. Had an enjoyable weekend staying here and in the great North Conway area.

my family stayed here last february vacation. it was great. the lay out is perfect for two small families and the owner was great. they even left us valentines day cookies. my kids loved it. the location is very convenient, right on the main drag across from the moat restaurant, but the yard and hot tub seemed so private. i would recommend it to anyone who loves north conway

Our family of eight adults enjoyed our week in the White Mountains. This home is very accomodating and conveniently located near many area attractions. The game room and hot tub were great to have, kitchen was well stocked, plentiful parking space-bathrooms were on the small side however...only downfall I can mention. Owners were very responsive and helpful. We'd suggest a visit to Mae Kelly's Restaurant, The Moat (right across the street!) and Horsefeathers. Drive down the Kangamangus Hwy, walk to the downtown shops, explore waterfalls, hiking trails, Diana's Baths...it's all within minutes of this house.

We just got back from a 4 day stay at this incredible vacation home! There were 6 adults and 6 children. We had plenty of space to spread out. The kids spent the entire time in the game room and the adults enjoyed the gas fireplace, fabulous kitchen and playing games in the dining area. Greg was great to work with and arrived early on our departure day to make sure that we were able to get out...several inches of snow had fallen the night before. We will definitely rent this property again! The location across from the Moat Restaurant was ideal too...great beer!
