Nestled in the desirable PineLoch Sun Beach Club among the sweet smell of pine trees and sunshine is this newer mountain cabin. Beautiful pine ceilings, slate entry, birch hardwood floors, Kitchen Aid appliances, new 32' HDTV, Pub height dining table, solid surface countertop, wood fireplace/stove & large deck with a gas BBQ, a new table and 10 chairs. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a queen bed. Ceiling fans keep you cool in all areas - great room, loft & both bedrooms.
A spiral staircase leads you up to the loft with 3 twin beds, a full size futon bed, TV, washer & dryer and a foosball table.
It is only 90 minutes east on I-90 from Seattle. Roslyn, the town where the TV servies 'Northern Exposure' was filmed is only a 5 minute drive away. Now Roslyn has Friday night art walks and Sunday farmers market in the summer. Also it only takes 10 minutes to drive to Suncadia Resort for golf. There is biking, hiking, fishing, snowmobiling and much more in the area. You can take a short walk to Lake Cle Elum beach too. There is a canoe for use.
In the snowy winter you can snowmobile or walk to the cabin. It is a great place for family & friends.

Thank you Susan. We had a great time at the cabin! It is so beautiful with plenty of places for people to crash. We headed out to the pass on Saturday and boy did it start dumping snow. We believe you got at least 8 inches of snow overnight. The climb to the cabin was a little trecherous and I encourage anyone to pack light. We did fall a few times. Also we had no idea how to turn off the ceiling fan in the loft. All in all we had a great time.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Communication from Susan was prompt and we found her very acomodating when we requested to alter our reservation. The cabin was very neat, clean and a great layout for our group. The only complaint that I have is that when we were told that you had to walk in to the cabin because of the snow we didn't realize that it would be up a hill on very treacherous ice. This was more than a little tricky after dark. Fortunately we had several hands to help carry supplies up and down. I guess we should have inquired more about the exact location. This was our first cabin rental in this area and we weren't familiar with it. I would like to visit again in the summer!Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

Susan was great with prompt responses and providing accommodation details. Although my group and I were looking forward to seeing some snow, most of it had melted by this time of the year. However, the cabin was clean, charming, and cozy. The loft area is great for gaming with the fooseball table. We will definitely return for future getaways, hopefully in the summer time!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Hello Susan, we really enjoyed our stay in your cabin beginning of this month! There was not much snow but it was enough for the children to be sledding and we also did some hiking and cross country skiing which was fun. Thanks! EvaDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Cards and emails I received: Hi Jim and Susan, This is rather belated, but a word of thanks for the use of your cabin for our staff retreat. It is a wonderful place and the setting is gorgeous. We made ourselves at home and had a great time. David drove me further up the road and the scenery is spectacular. Hope you had a wonderful July 4th. Thanks and God bless. Pastor Frank It was BEAUTIFUL Susan!! What a wonderful present you are giving to us in sharing you cabin!! You really are a sweetheart. DianeDid you find this review helpful? About the owner: We built and designed the cabin for our family and friends to enjoy. Every time we visit our cabin we come back refreshed and renewed. You will too. We are builders by trade and enjoyed completing our dream cabin.
Why the Owner Chose Roslyn:
Plenty of sunshine, close to home, many activities. Feels like a real getaway, but only an hour away. It is quiet and private. The deck and outdoor fireplace is a great place to visit with friends. We like to go to the lake and canoe, hike, bike and now we are playing golf at Suncadia & Sun Country. In the winter we snowmobile, ski and enjoy the beauty of the snow sitting by the warm wood stove.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
Snowmobiling, ice skating, skiing, snow shoeing, boating, canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, walking the beach of Lake Cle Elum. Interesting shops and markets in Roslyn.
