Why the Owner Chose Cumbrian Lakes
We looked at plenty of properties in the Orlando area and we liked quite a few, but when we got to Cumbrian Lakes - we were hooked. The villa was stunning, the views were immense, it was south facing for the sun all day - it just ticked all the right boxes. It cost us an extra $60,000, to finally get the villa on the lake + the conservation view that we really wanted. We are so glad we bought this home, as it has everything you require for a holiday of a lifetime.

The view from the pool & spa area is simply breathtaking and we can enter the pool area from one of our king size master bedrooms through the patio door and the upstairs master bedroom has it's own private balcony overlooking the pool and conservation area - just heaven.

My wife & I are from Glasgow in Scotland and really love Florida and many other places in the USA. After many years of staying in hotels and renting property in Florida, we finally decided to buy a place of our own. We paid an extra $60,000 to buy this villa in Cumbrian Lakes on the lake with the breathtaking conservation views. We simply love our villa and holiday there 2 or 3 times a year.

Fantastic well appointed villa in a fabulous location, we stayed from 15 Dec '10 - 7 Jan '11 and everything is here that you could want. What great views and privacy you have in the pool area, and we have seen all kinds of wildlife. We saw Deer, Osprey, Cranes, Swans, Ducks and a bald Eagle - absolute magic!! You can visit all the major attractions, very easily from the villa and Chris, part of your management team was really helpful to us - thank you very much. We hope to be back same time in 2011 - thanks for a perfect holiday. We have no hesitation in recommending your villa to anyone looking for that extra special holiday in a wonderful location. We spent a glorious week in Cumbrian Lakes and all feel that the experience was, "Disney Magical". We have stayed in Davenport, Champions Gate and a few other locations - but overall, we preferred the location and the villa in Cumbrian Lakes. We feel the description of the property is understated, we thought it was fantastic. You can be assured that we will be travelling with you to Kissimmee again, after such impressive service and accommodation. We have fallen in LOVE.....with YOUR VILLA ON THE LAKE!!!

Thank you once again for another great holiday. This was our third time in your brilliant villa in Cumbrian Lakes and we actually spent more time in it this year than ever before. The weather was exceptional and we all took full advantage of the sunbeds and the swimming pool. We even saw some of the wildlife. The kids wanted to see an alligator, but had to settle for the birds, cranes and swans. Your new management team from Manchester made themselves known to us and seem really keen to please. Thank you for the use of your beautiful lakeside home during our spring break of 2010. We arrived on Saturday 20 March and had a great week. You were absolutely right about the lovely conservation views from the pool & spa area, they are spectacular & we all had a wonderful time. The villa was exactly the same as the photos on the website and if anything it looked even better in the sunshine. We would like to rent it again for next year's spring break, if that's ok. We would also like to book one of your next door neighbors homes for the same period, as we would like our other friends to have the same standard of villa that we enjoyed.
