Amazing villa!!

I looked for 4 years, planning our first family vacation, before deciding on this property. From the first time I emailed Kevin he responded quickly and was very helpful and accommodating! I was extremely worried about giving credit card information through email, so it was very helpful that I was able to speak to Pauline from the management company prior to submitting payment information, to verify that it wasn't a scam. The villa was perfect, and had plenty of space for 7 of us! The game room and pool entertained the kids everyday for hours! The gated community was very nice and made us feel safe. The only negatives were that I was under the impression that there would be a starter supply of laundry detergent, and there wasn't so I didn't come prepared for that, and the TV remote in the living room didn't work the whole time we were there and we were told it was being ordered. Both very minor, and didn't affect the fabulous time we had on our vacation! We didn't want to leave! Thank you so much, Kevin, for sharing your beautiful villa with our family. It was a vacation we will never forget and we hope to be back soon!!

Can't there be a rating higher than 5 stars? This villa deserves more. Our family group of 7 stayed in this property in January of 2012. My husband and I have been visiting Disney regularly since 1974. We have stayed in many different accommodations but none can compare with this villa. It is of the highest quality in design and decor. If anything, the photos don't do the house justice. It was very well-stocked and well-maintained. The guest information was accurate and complete. The owner was extremely responsive, concise and thorough. We especially enjoyed the game room and loved the playful decor of the pirate room and the Mickey room. I would recommend this villa to people of all ages and interests. We have stayed in Windsor Hills several times due to the quality of the properties and the location. It is really even more convenient than staying on Disney property and the value is outstanding. Our group reluctantly left believing that this vacation was the perfect one - due in no small part to the villa. Thank you, Kevin, for helping make our January vacation so memorable. We will return again and again.

A Magical Experience !

14 of us stayed at Kevin's Villa On November 19th - November 27th. - The Siebert's, Stark's, Walden's & Lordon's. That's right - 9 adults and 5 children... and we all still get along and love eachother. We NEVER got in each others way - can you imagine that ? The game room was a total treat for all the kids and adults who are still kids ! Every room has it's own T.V. This home is so clean and inviting... a True Gem ! We will rent here time after time again if we are blessed enough to continue to visit Florida ! You will not be let down - let your expectations rise cause this home will beat them !

Perfect Vacay!

I am from FL but live in CO now. We go back yearly to visit family. This time I wanted my 'own' space so I went looking for a rental home. I was so pleased with this home it truly exceeded my expectations. We felt right at home! There are grocery stores right down the main road. We didn't visit any parks since we lived in FL so long and have visited all many times in the past. Though we stayed by the pool EVERYDAY! Weather was perfect, the hurricane totally missed us =) My son and niece were in the game room when ever they were not in the pool. Over all it was a PERFECT trip! I am going to book this home again as soon as I know my 2012 calendar!!! Oh and it backs to open space so no 'backdoor' neighbors, which is great when poolside. =)

Kevin's place is awesome! We were in town for a baseball showcase and tournament. Our group of 9 included 3 - 17 yr olds and 1- 16 yr old who thouroughly enjoyed themselves. This was my family's third stay at Windsor Hills and this house was the nicest of the three. The pictures depict the house exactly as it is. I booked very last minute and Kevin was extremely helpful to get things set up. The house layout was perfect. You could read or work on the laptop in the front living room or dining room while the TV and other activites were going on in the family room and kitchen. The highway entrance to all the parks is only about a mile from the house and the first Disney 'Park' Wide World of Sports where we played at is only 2 miles from the house so going back and forth every day was no hassle at all. There is a grocery store about a half a mile to a mile on the left side of 192 west. If you forgot your bathing suit they sell those too. It is quite expensive but there is a also a Publix about 4 miles away, also192 west on the right. The selection is better at Publix and less pricey. We cooked a lot of breakfast and some lunch at the house. We ate at Giordano's and Kobe Japanese Steak House along with two buffet places. All were very good. With teenage boys we did a lot of cooking breakfast and lunch and everything was provided. I didn't bring board games or cards because usually the house has a few on hand. I didn't find any. The boys did bring their xbox. Between the pool table, air hockey and the play station and the house swimming pool there was plenty to do in between baseball games. One day at Disney and Downtown Disney and minature golf was fun as well. This house will be our first choice for next year. Thank you for everything Kevin!

10 Minutes from Disney; Playroom & Pool which GUARANTEE no boredom for the kids!!!!!

We had a wonderful time, and this great house was a BIG part of our success. We slept 8 adults and 6 kids very comfortably. The playroom and screened in pool thrilled the kids [and adults]. The community pool with huge water slide was great, too! Ten minutes from Disney made it easy to take an afternoon break and then scoot back over to Disney. Our grandchildren said this was our best vacation ever. It is now the new standard. We will definitely return and recommend this property to all. Every detail was as good as or better than promised.

I recently vacationed in this beautiful home for 10 day's with my family. Cannot say enough about this home and community! The home had everything you needed and more.It was spotless,spacious and very welcoming. The guards,clubhouse staff and the sundries staff were so very nice and again welcoming. We also had a stay at the Nickelodean suites and later found out that half of my party went back to the home, because the kid's wanted to stay at the house rather than Nickelodean. If you are looking for tranquility and a home that has something for everyone, do not look any further... The games room, pool and plenty of space in the back to just have an awesome time. Wow - Amazing Villa!

We stayed at this beautiful villa at Easter 2011. There were two families of four, with four children aged between 3 & 13. The villa is exactly as described, beautifully furnished & maintained, very comfortable & well equipped. The villa is so large two familes can live here easily & not get in each others way. The children loved the pool to jump into after a day in the parks & the Dad's thoroughly enjoyed the games room of an evening. The location is conveniently situated for supermarkets, access to Disney Parks and the Highway. Booking was simple, with Kevin responding to emails quickly & the information provided before we travelled was very thorough. We had to contact the management company when we were there and they were very helpful & dealt with our query immediately. This propery was recommended to us by friends & I wouldn't hesistate to recommend to it anyone travelling to Orlando. We didn't want to come home.

Hello, We just got back from this beautiful villa. EVERYTHING was perfect right from the beginning. Booking with these people was easy and very complete information was mailed to us shortly after our booking. We had all the instructions on how to get to the house, the rules, information about Kissimmee, etc... The house was clean and very well furnished. There were plenty of dishes and kitchen stuff and the game room was the best. The arcade game was a big hit with the children. Everything written on the description was there and was in good working order. It also had a bunch of equipement for very little children, high chair, etc. The only thing I would have liked would have been a computer to book our theme park tickets on (I know we are probably the only people in the world without a laptop (lol) The pool is South oriented and this was a HUGE ADVANTAGE. We got to take advantage of that beautiful Florida sunshine. We had a small problem with a toilet and it was taken care of immediately. If you are looking for a great rental, this is the place to be. These people are very professional and the house is the best. Thank you to the owners for such a great stay!!!

Dream Vacation--First visit to Disney!

We have very young children and wanted to find a home that would make our kids as comfortable as possible to make our days at Disney as fun as possible. We LOVED this home!! It was spacious, immaculate, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I was so pleasantly surprised to find bed rails for the kids' bedrooms and kid-friendly dishes--things I had planned to purchase and didn't have to! We hit the parks everyday for an entire week, and it was so nice to come back each evening and have such a luxurious home to enjoy. We all had our own spaces, were able to prepare meals, and enjoy the pool. We loved how comfortable the beds were, loved the tile floor downstairs, loved that the house had absolutely everything we needed. We were also concerned about staying away from the Disney property, but the parks were just a few minutes away, and I loved having the freedom of having my own transportation instead of riding on buses and trams the entire time. We were all so very sad to leave. It was the perfect vacation!!
