  The Condo rented from Anthony was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable and felt like home. Anthony was a pleasure to deal with, as were the good folks at Vista Cay. All the amenities worked fine and distance to the pool was perfect. The Master bed has foam pillow top mattress, not my preference, but there were 3 other beds to choose from that worked just fine. There is even a high chair and baby play pen for you to use. I definitely will be asking Anthony to rent again for our next family vacation to Orlando. The Publix is walking distance, which helps for all supplies. But I love how quiet the whole complex gets. We can't wait to return.

  Anthony's condo at Vista Cay / Isles of Cay Commons was absolutely phenomenal. Anthony was always a quick e-mail away for any questions / concerns, excellent communication. Upon final payment a confirmation e-mail is sent and codes for parking, condo, and wifi are all included in this e-mail. You should print this e-mail so that you can get gate access cards (at Vista Cay Clubhouse) to the pool which is but 75 yards from the condo. Upon entering condo there was nothing but the scent of cleanliness, an applaud to Anthony's choice of cleaning service. It passed muster with my wife, and that says something. You get great views from the balcony and although there is a slight drone from the cars on the nearby Beach Line Expressway, it all soon blends into just simple white noise in the background with a view like this! Just wonderful. Everything in the condo was in working order, although my wife begged for a sizable plastic mixing bowl to put popcorn in, a minor inconvenience. There would be some lack in seating for occupancy greater than three using the living room as there is just the couch. But for as little as we used it, and there being just three of us, it was fine. The condo was completely quiet at night and the floor plan has just one common wall (stove / fridge side of kitchen and far wall in twin bed bedroom) between you and another condo. I did have an issue with check-out: Anthony had confirmed, through e-mail, that a 6pm check-out would be fine as we had a late leaving flight out of Orlando. Unfortunately, at 10am we had housekeeping knocking on our door. I told the nice ladies that I had a late check out confirmed with the owner and they went on their way. A half hour later, their immediate supervisor came to the door and said I had to leave the property. When I showed him my printed e-mail of Anthony writing that a 6pm check-out was ok he had me talk, over the phone, to a on-site property manager that said that I needed to vacate because they had a check-in scheduled for 4pm. I told her I was not happy as I have an e-mail stating 6pm and she said that was an error on Anthony's part and he shouldn't make a promise like that. I could see her side, and not wanting to ruin the end of our vacation, I negotiated a 12:30pm check out so we could at least eat lunch. I expect anyone who is renting their properties as a business to be a bit better at "bookeeping". But this would not be a deal breaker, an apology would acceptable as we "made do" poolside

  At first was a little skeptical, everything you see on the internet is always better than what you find in person. But after checking the previous reviews I figured what the heck. Was traveling to Orlando with my family, husband, 17 year old son, and 5 year old son, having space was definately something that we had to have. Could not have been better, plenty of room for everyone to have some privacy, the best of accomodations with everything that you could need with a 10 minute drive. The kitchen was stocked with all that you could want if making snacks or preparing a full meal. The pool and hot tub were just a 2 minute walk accross the parking lot. Could sit every evening on the back porch, if you are in in time, to watch the fireworks at Sea World. Wish the vacation never had to end. You cannot go wrong with this property very secure, very good location, very clean and comfortable. Will definatley contact the owners again when in the area.

  Thank you Anthony and Nicole for allowing us to rent out this condo for a week. The condo was very clean, well-stocked and accomodating. The bed was VERY comfortable & the sunrise and sunset view of the lake was calming. The kids really enjoyed the nighly view of the fireworks from the balcony and my husband and I appreciated the peacefulness of the corner unit. We absolutely did not want to leave and look forward to booking with you again next year! Thanks again! Candace

  Great communication and very nice condo close to everything in Orlando. We really enjoyed the balcony and were very lucky to have perfect weather in December. We went to the clubhouse pool twice during our stay and found everything to be very nice. The condo itself was wonderful. They even had a stroller, high chair, and play yard for our little one which was wonderful since we didn't have the space in our car to pack those items. Thank You Anthony and Nicole!

  Best experience ever! I'll start by saying that communication between Anthony and myself was always prompt. I never had to wait more than a day to have any one of my questions answered. It was a very simple and easy process, directions to the condo, the keyless entry codes used for the main gates and the condo was fantastic!!! No issues! No complications! My husband, our two kids ages 4.5 and 2.5 first arrived at the main clubhouse to pick up our rented "Rolls Royce" of a stroller. The staff was very friendly and accomodating and even insisted on carrying my 50lb stroller out to by truck. When I went to tip him for his effort, he politely declined and wish me a wonderful stay. We then went to Anthony and Nicole's condo. There was ample parking and the condo was very easy to find. My kids LOVED being on the 4th floor and especially enjoyed the elevator ride. The condo was very private, an end unit so even if my kids made noise, I knew other people would not be bothered, and most importantly we couldn't hear them!!! The condo was EXACTLY as the pictures posted!! Everything was sparkling clean, neat and very comfortable. My husband and I liked that each of our kids had their own room with their own plasma TV!! And my husband and I loved the temperpedic, memory foam mattress topper in the master bedroom...BLISS after a day walking a million miles at the Disney parks!! We especially loved the washer and dryer! It was well used! :) The condo balcany was very nice to have! We loved to wake up in the morning and sit out there and enjoy the view. In the evenings we had the most incredibly sunsets! That's if we made it back in time to see them. Seaworld is located right across the way and we were able to easily watch the firework show. There is everything you need to find the essentials to stock up the kitchen. The publix supermarket was literally outside the condo compound....a Walgreens down the block. For those planning on staying here, you must order in from NYPD Pizza which is located in the Publix shopping center. Delish!!!!!! Delish!!!!!!! Comming from NY to Florida for vacation, this was hands down, the best pizza in Florida! And the owners were super sweet and you actually got to see how a pizza is made while you waited!! There is also a Chinese takeout restaurant that was very good as well. The location to the Disney Parks was perfect! We got to any park withhin 10 minutes!! Best expereince!! Thank you MUCH!!

  We just got back from a 3 night stay and wanted to say THANK you. The location was perfect. Close to Discovery Cove, Universal, Universal City Walk, Sea World, and Publix store. We enjoyed everything about the location and the condo. We would stay again! The only thing would be the amount of stairs to climb if you had health problems.

  I was attending a conference at the convention center, and it was very easy to get there from the condo. The condo is just as described, with plenty of room and all the amenities you could want. The pool was refreshing and easy to access. It was nice to have a balcony to enjoy the evening, and having a Publix right next door was excellent. My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely work with Anthony and Nicole again. Thanks so much!
