The family room has a pull out futon for additional sleeping accommodations, a TV, DVD player, stereo & plenty of seating for everyone! The kitchen boasts new appliances, counter seating for 3, and table seating for 6! Another table for 4 is on the screened in porch!

  • We vacationed at Chris and Kathy's villa April 2006. It was a wonderful place to stay. Quiet, clean and lots of things to do. Close enough to Charleston and the Plantation Tours and still far enough away to enjoy nature and the ocean. The beach was clean and beautiful. The people very friendly and willing to help. I will definitely stay here again, hopefully next year. Seabrook Island was a beautiful place, one where you would like to just stay forever.It definitely can be called paradise.

  • Drs Cathy & Chris, thank you so much. we just got home from a week in your beautiful condo. Seabrook is just beautiful, and there are so many things to do bith on hte island and the surrounding area. We have never been to that part of the state and were most impressed with its beauty. The setting for Seabrook Island is breath taking, whoever planned everythin out was very considerate of the landscape. The natural setting is is great. In NYS there is a tendency to clear cut and then plant baby plants that take decades to acheive growth. Again thank you, and thank you for all you do for our daughter (Michelle). Sheila & Bob Bendle

  • Dear Reynolds Family, We loved your villa and island! The Island was truly a paradise... pristine (nearly empty) beaches, wild dolphin, tennis, golf, sea-side pools, equestrian center, fishing, etc. The gated-community was free of loud cars, noisy music, "cruisers", traffic, and the normal riff-raff that one finds at Myrtle Beach... or any big city for that matter. (Plus, without all of the city lights, we could see the STARS!) Your villa was beautiful and confortable. The covered parking kept our car cool. And the neighbors were super nice.
