Why the Owner Chose Crescent Lakes
After years of traveling to some of the world's most famous vacation destinations, we decided to try Central Florida. We originally came to Crescent Lakes in 2006 because of its close proximity to both major airports (Orlando & Tampa Int’l), the wonderful amenities (shopping & dinning) and all the exciting attractions (Disney/Epcot/Universal/Sea World and more…) that this world famous area has to offer. We immediately fell in love with this beautiful, peaceful, friendly community and began to fantasize of giving it all up and moving to Central Florida. We returned each year and after searching many other areas decided in 2008 to make Crescent Lakes “our home”. We purchased, custom decorated and designed our home with all its luxurious amenities for the enjoyment of our family, friends and guests.

This quiet peaceful community is comprised of a mix of full-time residents and vacationers from every corner of the world. It’s beautiful, spaciously designed homes offers the privacy few other subdivisions provide. It has several lakes and ponds excellent for fishing and is directly adjacent to a large conservation area featuring nature walks, exotic birds, native flora & fauna, small reptiles and amphibians. We love fishing and Crescent Lakes easy access to the legendary Lake “Toho” (Tohopekaliga) and the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes helped make it impossible to resist. We were even more surprised to find that less than 50 yards from our doors, lived the “monster bass” every angler dreams of.
