If you like walking on pristine beaches with shells everywhere, and great snorkeling in less than 20 feet of water -- well, all this can be yours directly outside our Conch Villa. We recently purchased this villa and totally renovated it. It's the perfect retreat for a small family who loves turquoise water (there's lots of shallow water for children to play in), and totally laid-back vacationing. Some of the best bone fishing in the world can be found here! Percy can take you, just ask for him when you get there. If you need a car, Happy People, Elorn Rolle, will rent you a car or a golf cart -- your choice. Boats are also available. Get a local to make you conch fritters, key lime pie, peas and rice, or other local dishes for a small fee. The villa's interior is furnished in the Bahamian tradition. There is one master bedroom with a queen-size bed. And there are two lofts -- one with twin beds in the master and the other with a queen-size bed in the living area.

Year Purchased: 2002
I have been coming to the island for the past several years. My family and I enjoy the island environment, shelling, conching, unique night life(with the locals), fly fishing, lobster hunting, kayaking, spear fishing (Hawaiian Sling and pole spears only), and the spectacular free diving. This is truly one of my favorite places. I also love the peace and quite. There is lots of that here. I can't wait to get back.

My parents chose this place mainly because of the outstanding fishing and diving. We have been near the water all our lives and this place is remarkable.
