This unique private gated luxury property is perfect for the couple that appreciate the beauty of the Hill Country and enjoy a home decorated for a western lifestyle, including hunting trophies and wildlife. It is a one bedroom loft with a daybed (with trundle) in the one bedroom. Perfect for the couple or person looking to get away, but stay close enough to the city to reach entertainment. It is just outside the San Antonio city limits, 10 minutes from Boerne, Texas and the Texas Hill Country. The National Gun Club is 20 minutes from this secluded property. Enjoy a private gated driveway, shared only by the owner of the main house on the adjacent 35 acre property.
This is a property loaded with deer, birds, squirrels, gray fox, occasional visiting hogs, etc. It is rural (although close to the city), so precautions generally taken in Hill country and rural terrain in Texas are suggested. The stars at night are beautiful. The interior photographs show the hand stripped cedar posts (cut from this property) and depict the authentic nature of this property. Should you really want to get in the country, ask about the other property for rent in Pipe Creek, Texas.
The linens are fine 100% cotton sheets and towels, all amenities are first rate. We will do our best to accommodate special needs and requests, such as drivers, cooks, maid service etc. This is really a first rate property. The guests that have stayed here have all returned time after time, and say they enjoy each visit more than the last.
