Looking for relaxation, enjoy one of the four fantasy pools, slide, lazy river, enjoy the cabana bar and restaurant or spend the day at the full service Spa.
This special luxury home with elevator has a huge master bedroom retreat with beautiful views and a master bath with a 3 head shower. All 4 bedrooms have a view and private bath. The kitchen and family room are open living areas and the kitchen has all the conveniences of home including a gourmet cooking range. There is a separate den/media room situated right on the water with flat screen TV and DVD player to enjoy time entertaining family and friends. Bedrooms are the following configurations: 3rd level-MBR-King bed,BR # 2-2 twin beds (not bunkbeds as shown in virtual tour), 2nd level-BR--queen bed (not sofabed as seen in virtual tour), 1st level-BR# 4-Queen bed. All bedrooms have TV's and DVD players. There is also a sofa bed on the 3rd level library area.
30 minute drive to St. Augustine or Daytona Beach, and Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios and Cape Canavarel are a one and half hour drive away.

Palm Coast and Hammock Beach is a unique area of Florida that lives in harmony with nature. Lush native trees and plants along the parkways are reminiscent of "old Florida". This charming city on the sea, is known for its sparkling salt and fresh water canals, the beautiful Intracoastal canal, parks and tree canopied paths. The Hammock Beach Resort is really unparalleled in the amenities that it offers our family-from the 4 fantasy pools with slide and cinnamon colored beach to the spectacular ocean front golf course. We never run out of things to do!

We bought the home in Yacht Harbor because we love to boat, but our kids also love the activities at the Hammock Beach Club. As our kids have gotten older we find that they really enjoy fishing and the local marine life which is available right out the back door.
