Palazzo is one of the finest gulf front homes on the coast. This home has just recently been finished in 2009 and is situated directly on the gulf in the gated community of Destiny by the Sea. Destiny by the Sea is the most exclusive gulf front community in the Destin area.
Palazzo is a 7 bedroom, 8 bath home with over 6,600 square feet of living area. From the moment you enter the home you know that you have landed in the lap of luxury. The gorgeous marble floors are adorned with beautiful inlays and show off the classic elegance of this home. On the first floor there is a very large living room overlooking the beach through windows that span the entire back of the home. There is also a large dining area and a sitting area for your enjoyment. A 52" flat screen television is located in the living room and you will find surround sound throughout the home. The kitchen is absolutely magnificent with Thermador gas appliances, a sub zero refrigerator, separate ice maker, and wine cooler. There is another dining area located on this floor with access to the courtyard. In the courtyard you will find a 15x7 heated pool with a waterfall overlooking the beach. There is also a large gas grill for cooking steaks.
There is a private elevator that reaches all floors and provides easy access to the entire home. On the second floor you will find gorgeous hardwood floors running throughout. There 4 bedrooms located on this floor. The first is a suite with a king sized bed, private bath with double vanities, 42" television, and private balcony. There are two suites with queen size beds, private baths, and 42" televisions. There is an enormous master suite on the back of the home with a private gulf front porch. This suite has a king size bed, wet bar with gas fireplace, custom closets, 52" television, and a drop dead gorgeous bath with an enormous jetted tub and a car wash for a shower. There is also a full sized laundry on this floor.
The third floor features a fully custom movie theatre with 110" projection screen and movie theatre quality surround sound. There is also a sitting area with full wetbar and a bathroom in the theatre. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the theatre for extra sleeping. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, private baths, and 42" televisions located on this floor. There is another master suite on the back of the home with king size bed and a private gulf front porch. This suite also features a full wetbar with gas fireplace and another incredible bathroom with jetted tub and carwash shower. This suite also has access to the rooftop deck on the fourth floor. This is an expansive deck with amazing panoramic views. There is also another full laundry and wetbar found on the third floor.
Palazzo is without a doubt one of the finest gulf front homes in the Destin area. If you are looking for a luxury beach vacation then you have found it. You will not find another rental with the luxurious appointments, functional space, and amenities that Palazzo offers.
Destiny by the Sea is one of the most sought after rental communities in all of Destin, Florida. For this reason, Destiny by the Sea rentals are normally booked well in advance. If you are looking for a Destiny by the Sea rental for a wedding or special occasion then it is highly suggested to book your rental well in advance. This was a terrific vacation for our entire group!! The house itself is fabulous and very user friendly. The service was impeccable, and we all loved the convenience of the location to all of our favorite spots. Troy was the best and no matter what our request was , he had us set up instantly. He made our vacation so easy. The weather of course did not cooperate but in spite of it, our vacation was most memorable at the Palazzo, and we will look forward to staying there again.

This is a beautiful home in an incredible location, and offers every amenity. Our family is very well traveled, and all agree this is one of the very best vacations we have ever had. We came back six weeks later to another home in the same subdivision, also on the beach. Five Star did a great job, and we have booked another week in July. Very highly recommended.

Palazzo was the perfect beach home for our family!! Nicer than any other hotel, condo or home in Destin available for rent. Perfect location. Fully stocked. The most perfect layout for large parties and privacy (no 2 rooms are right next to each other and every room has it's own private bathroom) in a safe and secure community. The rental agency is very straight forward, professional, helpful, responsive and reliable. I would definitely rent this home again.
