The Pine View on Sand Lake is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath private vacation home located on 100 feet of beautiful sand swimming frontage on Sand Lake, Sugar Camp Chain. It is located 10 miles southwest of Eagle River on a quiet dead end road. This home can sleep 6-12 people.
Pine View is open seasonally. We are taking reservations now for next spring, summer and fall. If you are looking for winter accommodations please call, we may have another home that will fit your needs.
Pine View on Sand Lake offers an open kitchen, complete with microwave, full size range and refrigerator, dishwasher, pots/pans, and dishes. The dining area has a patio door leading to a nice size lakeside deck with patio furniture and excellent view of the lake. The living room has a large picture window overlooking the lake and a beautiful brick wood burning fireplace, a sleeper sofa. Completing the main level of the house are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with a queen, and a full bath with tub/shower.
The newly constructed lower level of the home is a full walkout with large windows and a patio door leading to a brick patio and the lake. This level has a family room with fireplace and sleeper sofa, one of the bedrooms with two twin beds, a bath with shower, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Outside you will find a nicely landscaped yard with just the right combination of open grassy areas and trees. The yard is very level to the lake and offers excellent sandy swimming frontage. A campfire pit and private pier for docking boats complete the package. A rowboat and canoe are provided for guest use. Boat and motor rentals are available through Maplewood Resort Management. Enjoy! it's sure to be a great place to create many wonderful family memories for years to come!

Why the Owner Chose Eagle River
We love that the lake is large enough for all water sport activities and has great fishing, but is also a very quiet, serene area with much wildlife. We see eagle, loons and deer everyday.
