You will have great views of Greers Ferry 40,000 acre Lake from the kitchen to the open living room. Nothing is better than arriving here to immediately kick back on the large deck with your family and friends while you watch and listen to the boats drive by. Whether you're a fisherman or a party boater, this is the place we call "Paradise"!
This is a one level, split floor plan home with Master bedroom to the left of living room and the other two bedrooms on the opposite side. Contact me before you miss out!

Directions: From Sonic on Hwy 16, turn Right on Hwy 92. Shortly after you pass Westside School, turn Right on Foxchase, travel a couple of miles and look for Woodland Rd. where you will turn Left. The house is tucked in the woods, so look for mail box 375 on your left and YOU HAVE ARRIVED!!

**Depending on how many nights you rent, 1/2 of your payment will be due at the time of booking and fully refunded with security deposit if you cancel your reservation within 14 days of rental date.**
