2 Bedroom 2 Bath 3rd Floor oceanside condo located in Palmetto Dunes Plantation.
This very attractively furnished third floor unit in building two has a view of the beautiful courtyard of Villamare, one of several koi ponds and the pool from the living room and both bedrooms. The main balcony is accessed from both the living room and master bedroom. The living room features a 32 inch flat screen television and DVD player.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, television and VCR. The master bathroom is private to the room and features and open sink vanity area and garden (oversize) tub. The bathroom also features a separate step-in shower.
The guest bedroom, located off the foyer, has two queen beds and a television. The guest bathroom is private to the room and features a tub/shower combination. In addition a private balcony with a small sitting area will be yours to enjoy.
Lushly landscaped grounds greet you with palmetto palms and lagoons throughout, creating a tropical feel. Enjoy extensive decking around the oceanfront pool. A covered gazebo with bathrooms are close by. Your own private boardwalk with outside shower leads out to the beach. Villamare has a separate picnic deck with grills, picnic tables, benches and swings.
The complex also has an indoor pool and jacuzzi plus various exercise equipment. The unique floor plans feature an entrance into a foyer with access to the unit through two locking doors. The "A" side contains the living area and kitchen as well as the master suite. The "B" side consists of the second bedroom and bath.
Located in the middle of the island, Palmetto Dunes has the beautiful atmosphere and the great location. Enjoy Tuesday night fireworks during the summer months at Shelter Cove Marina across the Parkway from Palmetto Dunes. Explore the miles of bike trails that lead right to your door.
