  I was a guest at this property for a getaway wedding. Excellent property. Notable - sheets/bedding/towels were nice quality, not cheap rental stuff. The A/C rocked, and in spite of the fact that the house was full of people, once you were in a bedroom (especially an upstairs one) you could barely hear any outside noise. Good, working appliances. TV's with cable in every bedroom. Plenty of parking. Beautiful beach with direct access. Two flights of stairs. My legs got a workout, but that's not a bad thing. However, might affect anyone with medical issues. Only black mark - outside lights overlooking the pool did not work, even after someone supposedly came by to fix them. But that's easily fixed. Would highly recommend.

  Susan and Geoff were a pleasure to work with. Trying to get the family on board wouldn't have happened without their patience. This was a great house for our family reunion. With family members in attendance from age 5 to 65, and travelling from Los Angelos, CA to Jacksonville, Fl, this was a perfect setting. When we first arrived someone asked "Why do we need a pool with the beach right here?". It wasn't very long before everyone was raving about the pool and the convenience of letting the little ones play while we watched them from the pool area or the living room balcony. The beach was great and such an easy stroll from the house. We were delighted with the house. The internet pictures just don't show the true quality and everyone was thrilled with the house, beach, pool, scuba diving, kayaking and shopping at the outlet mall. The kitchens worked so well together and there was plenty of room to visit and chill out in the common area during and after meals. The location was perfect. We had rented a house on the beach in Panama City several times, but "Sunglade" was the best. Our family made memories in Gulf Shores.

  Susan and Geoff were great to work with from the moment we contacted them. We have been traveling from the Gulf to the Atlantic for spring break for 5 years now with a core group of family and friends. Fortunately all of our kids are between ages 7-10. Sunglade was one of the best houses we rented overall giving the location, pool and the wonderful Gulf of Mexico. The accommodations were everything we needed and more. It really was all about the pool, the beach and the price we paid for our stay! In general we really enjoy the Gulf Shores area and we plan to be back in the future!

  Having rented both sides of the Sunglades in July, we especially enjoyed the private, beachfront pool and having plenty of parking. Time savers were the easy check in/out process and not having luggage carts and elevators to wait for like in large, high-density condos. Beach access is great and we were so close that we could allow the (older) children to go back and forth as we watched from the living room or balacony and we left our easy-up tents and chairs on the beach all week. While there, we enjoyed shopping at the Tanger Outlet in Foley and the Gulf Coast Zoo. Our children/teens got to hold baby kangaroos, lemurs, and tiger cubs! (call ahead for appointment) Of course we loved our usual favorite restaurants, The Original Oyster House and Lambert's. And we also made a great new find with the Tin Top Restaurant in Bon Secour - wonderful seafood and steaks. We've vacationed in GS for over 20 years and this was our best stay! Would recommend to anyone and hope to return soon.

  Sunglade was the perfect place for our family vacation with our children, their spouses and all of our grandchildren. It provided all the room we needed (16 of us ). The pool was great for the grandkids and provided hours of fun and relaxation. And being able to walk out the door and see the beach and walk right out to it was perfect for everyone. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed to make a memorable week for our entire family.

  Our family thought Sunglade was a perfect place for a family vacation. Of course Grandma's one concern was safety and being to overlook the pool and beach all in one was perfect. Could keep tabs on the kids at all times and see what adult was there with them. The place was beautiful and clean. Plenty of room to move around in and hang out and have fun. All our needs were taken care of. Had a little glitch with the AC one day but they were right there to take care of it. It met all our needs.
