Snowed Inn is a spacious contemporary home situated on two acres in a secluded, private wooded setting. Located in the Timberline gated-community adjacent to the Timberline Ski area and Dolly Sods Wilderness area, you are also only a short drive away to Canaan Valley Ski Resort and Golf Course.
This comfortable, privately owned-home has plenty of living space on the main floor. The great room features a wood fireplace, cathedral ceiling, and a new 40" HD television. The new sun room recently added to Snowed Inn is a great place to sneak off (or send the kids) to talk, observe the deer wandering by outside, or watch the 2nd HD television.
From the great room, walk out onto the large deck for your morning coffee, to relax in the cool evening air, or to sit a spell in the outdoor hot tub. Two bedrooms are conveniently located on the main floor, as well as 2 baths, a fully-stocked kitchen, a dining area, washer and dryer, and an entry foyer. The second floor features a loft (with sleep sofa) that overlooks the great room, and a master bedroom suite (with separate deck).
Canaan Valley is the perfect place to visit in any season. Our cooler temperatures in the summer make it a perfect vacation place to get away from it all and just enjoy the beauty our majestic mountains have to offer. The skiing is great and the fall leaves are among the most beautiful anywhere.
