Why the Owner Chose Crystal Sands
After renting for 30 years we decided to start looking to buy...we looked on both the Atlantic and the Gulf, from Marco Island to St. Pete Beach, and always would return here, and decided on Siesta Key for obvious reasons.

Dick is originally from a small town in Pa. and Connie is from Westchester County, N.Y.We have 4 kids and 12 grandchildren, all living within 20 mins. of us in Duluth, Ga.,, a suburb of Atlanta. We have been in residential real estate for almost 40 years in the Atlanta area.We have travelled to Europe several times; Dick has first cousins in Austria.We both love the water and the beach; especially this beach, with the beautiful crystal clear gulf waters and the soft white sand, which never gets hot!!!

Dick and Connie, We have all decided we want to be the Peischl's !! The Condo has the best sunsets on the beach. We had great beach weather, lots of laughs, and great fun. Hello Dick I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at Siesta Key. The weather was great-not too humid, very little rain. We had great food daily ( not from my cooking ! ) Your Condo is outsatanding-the down pillows-I think I sleep better there then I do in my own bed. The dimmer switches in the bathroom-what a great idea!! The kitchen-my husband absolutely loved all the stainless steel appliances. The view--amazing All the comforts of home.
