After renting for 30 years we decided to start looking to buy...we looked on both the Atlantic and the Gulf, from Marco Island to St. Pete Beach, and always would return to Siesta Key for obvious reasons.

Dick is originally from a small town in Pa. and Connie is from Westchester County, N.Y.We have 4 children, and 12 grandchildren, all living within 20 mins. of us in Duluth, Ga.,, a suburb of Atlanta. We have been in residential real estate for almost 40 years in the Atlanta area.We have travelled to Europe several times; Dick has first cousins in Austria.We both love the water and the beach; especially this beach, with the beautiful crystal clear gulf waters and the soft white sand, which never gets hot!!!

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful condo. Sometimes pictures make things look better than they are but in your listing the pictures do not do justice to the view and the accommodations. My highlight was watching the moon set over the gulf. So beautiful. Of course the sunsets can't be beat. We certainly hope to come back next year. Thank you for allowing us to share your condo.

What perfect place to stay at a perfect beach! The condo is tastefully furnished, expertly designed, and meticulously clean. We felt immediately at home. After preparing our meals in the beautiful and equipped kitchen, we ate them on the lanai facing the Gulf of Mexico and the gorgeous white beach. This condo is situated close to shopping and convenient to good restaurants like Captain Curt's; Kasey Key, and the many in 'downtown' Siesta Key. We'll definitely be returning.

I have stayed in many vacation properties throughout Florida including both coasts and I must say this condo, this view, and this gorgeous white sand beach was the best yet. This is a home - not a rental property. First class furniture, decor, and comfortable beds. I'm thinking about starting to buy lotto tickets so I can purchase my own condo at Crystal Sands!! Dick and Connie - THANK YOU for sharing your home with us!!! We had a wonderful time!!!!

My family stayed in this unit 8/2010. This was our first trip to a FL beach and it was a dream. Kudos to the owner who keeps a spectacular condo. It was exceptionally clean and very accomodating to our needs during our stay. Everything u might possibly need is provided including beach supplies and books and movies for those not so great beach days. I initially had issues with the wifi on arrival although the owner called me right back and had it working in no time. Had a pleasant and very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for the comforts of home while enjoying the beauty of this little piece of paradise.

We had a wonderful time in your condo... This was the best condo we ever stayed in and everything was perfect to a tee.... Only one down fall to the whole trip was that the kids loved the condo also and wouldn't come out of it for nothing... They even turned down Disney World!!! They loved the condo very much also... Just wanted to tell you again how much we enjoyed our vacation at your lovely condo. My husband loves to cook and so we enjoyed cooking in your wonderful and well stocked kitchen. We also loved the book collection. We both enjoyed numerous books on the beach. Everything was just right...the easy access to the beach was the best we have ever had and that made it SO much better for us. Everything we needed or wanted to do was right at our fingertips...the museums and restaurants we excellent and I'd highly recommend you to all my friends...thanks again!

My family and I would like you to know how pleased we were with your condo. We have been coming to Crystal Sands for about 6 years now but this was our first time renting your unit and boy are we glad we did! Personally I can't believe the difference between your unit and the others we've rented in the same building. We did hope yours would be really nice based on the photos in your listing but you never know. All I can say is that when my husband opening the door for the first time my jaw dropped - it's nicer than our home & that just makes a vacation extra special to me. The view is amazing and the way you thought of every detail really makes a difference. It's just so beautiful inside but still comfortable - a perfect 10!! Dick and Connie, We have all decided we want to be the Peischl's !! The Condo has the best sunsets on the beach. We had great beach weather, lots of laughs, and great fun.
