Completely updated in 2008, this unit has new tile downstairs and new carpet in bedroom. Newly furnished including 27" flat screen TV in living room, and TV in bedroom. Also has new sleeper/sofa and appliances. Located in Section 2. We now have free WiFi for our guests as well. This gulf front complex is only the third unit back from the beach.

Parking passes are purchased upon arrival at Sugar Sands
For bookings, the full amount will be charged at booking "including" a non refundabable $100 deposit. If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled arrival the remainder of your booking minus the $100 will be refunded. If after 14 days the entire amount will be charged unless another booking is obtained.
Labor day weekend rate: $120/night and 3 night minimum.
