This unit includes 27" flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, both with expanded cable. Also has brand new sleeper/sofa (replaced Oct 2011), washer/dryer appliances, kitchen appliances, box spring and mattress on the queen bed. Located in Section 2. Free WiFi is available for our guests as well. This gulf front complex is only the third unit back from the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while watching the waves hit the beach!
The Sugar Beach complex is family friendly with covered parking and a snack bar onsite. There are 3 pools plus 1 kiddie pool. The tennis court and shuffle board are located on the first floor and are accessible to all members.
Sugar Beach is only a short drive from The Wharf, Lulu's, The Hangout and many other great restaurants located in the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach vicinity!

Parking passes are purchased upon arrival at Sugar Beach.
For bookings, the FULL amount will be charged at booking which INCLUDES a non refundabable $100 deposit. If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled arrival the remainder of your booking minus the $100 will be refunded. If after 14 days the entire amount will be charged unless another booking is obtained. The same goes for those who do not show up to utilize their booked dates without informing the owner.
TO CALCULATE THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR STAY: use the rates based on your requested dates and multiply that amount by %11 to get the tax amount and add $65 for cleaning.
Absolutely NO PETS allowed or a $200 cleaning fee will be charged.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at your condo. Watching UGA beat UT was second only to the beautiful beach and delicious food from the market across the street! Our only excitment came when a bird almost flew into the upstairs window. :) Thanks for a great time!
