You will find plenty of room on your two levels with its own private entrance and closed off from the lower level where your host lives. Only minutes from the famous Rogue River known for its great fishing and rafting, and the quaint town of Shady Cove where you will find unique shops, raft rentals and restaurants.
Lost Creek Lake and Stewart State Park are fifteen minutes away where you will find great boating, water skiing, fishing, swimming, picnicking, and scenic views. Grab your old shorts and take a short drive to South Umpqua and try the natural water slide. Crater Lake National Park is just an hour drive with many scenic points of interest along the way. Mill Creek Falls and Avenue of the Boulders located in Prospect. The Natural Bridge and Rogue River Gorge located near Union Creek are stops you won’t want to miss. You can take a jet boat to Hell Gate Gorge and enjoy a brunch or dinner located in Grants Pass an hour away.
If you like theater and shopping, Medford, Ashland, and historical Jacksonville are within an hours drive. And don’t forget that Southern Oregon is the next Napa Valley with its great wineries and wine tasting tours.

We have lived in Southern Oregon for over twenty year and have raised three children here. Our three grandchildren on enjoy what there parents did as children as they vist the home were there parents made lasting memories.

Our home is very spacious and beautifully furnished for your comfort. It is truly your home away from home. There are three spacious bedrooms that are fully furnished so bring your things and unpack. You will have a full gourmet kitchen to cook in and large great room so the whole family can enjoy each others company. The grounds have room for a friendly game of football, volleyball, soccer, or BBQ. Everything you can think of to do is just an hour or less away so you won’t spend all of your vacation trying to get places. If you just want to relax bring your book or read one from our take one leave one book collection while you enjoy the views and wild life.
