Spend the winter in sunny Florida in this beautiful golfer's community. The unit is decorated in an understated golf theme that is consistent with the surrounding community. The unit is located close to the clubhouse which means that golf/swimming/restaurants and activities are just moments away. Since it is an first floor end unit adjacent to the eighteenth green, you get both privacy and convenience, since you can easily drop off your clubs before heading back to the clubhouse.
The Brooks is a gated country club community that features a championship 18 hole, par 72 golf course. By transferring the golf club membership to your name, you golf at reduced rates and have access to all members privileges during your stay. The on-site restaurants have both formal and casual dining with very good food.
If some members of your family have interests other than golf, you are in luck. On the property, there are tennis courts, a large swimming pool, Jacuzzi and organized activities. The 1.2 million sq. ft. Coconut Mall is right around the corner where people can gather, shop, dine, see a new film - you name it; in an open, Main Street-style shopping destination. Bonita Springs is a short drive to the ocean beaches, Sanibel Island, Fort Meyers and Naples.

Why the Owner Chose Spring Run
We chose this place for the golf. Spring Run Golf club is a members only golf club set in 200 scenic acres. The course was designed by Gordon Lewis and the 15,000 sq ft clubhouse includes the pro shop, full service restaurant and activity areas. The course is immaculate and the staff is knowledgeable and attentive.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
In addition to the golf the property includes four tennis courts, a spacious swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Our property is located a few steps from the club house and just off the eighteenth green. You can drop off your bags on the patio on your way back to the club house and walk back to the condo in 2 minutes.
You can't golf all the time. In addition to being situated in a shoppers paradise between Fort Meyers and Naples, we have Coconut Point Mall right around the corner. Coconut Point Mall contains 1.2 million square feet of retail space, and a variety of great restaurants - all surrounding several acres of lakes with a boardwalk.

Currently, we live in New Hampshire and can't get away enough to truly enjoy this wonderful condo. If we could we would spend six months in Hanover, New Hampshire and six months in Bonita Springs, Florida. Until we can (not anytime soon), please enjoy this wonderful place. The golf is great, our location on the property is extraordinarily convenient and the people that live there are incredibly friendly.

We have spent the past 2 winters in this great unit. Having an end unit affords you a wonderful cross breeze as you sit on the lanai. The unit's proximity to the clubhouse is a real plus. We also enjoyed the very comfortable furnishings and the well stocked kitchen. Spring Run is fun place, close to many terrific restaurants and Coconut Point Mall. We are sure you be happy here.
