Beautifully furnished and landscaped year round home in North Chatham. Relaxing, airy, open one story home. The house is fully equipped with every amenity you could desire. The location is ten minutes or less from six beaches, but there will be very little temptation to leave your own backyard. There is a beautiful deck, in-ground heated swimming pool and hot tub. You have an umbrella covered table on the deck with six chairs, large bench and a gas grill. You can relax on four chaises with 2 umbrellas which surround the pool along with colorful flowers. There is also a Frontgate copper fire pit with seating for at least 4. This is a great place for toasting marshmallows or having a quiet glass of wine.
The hot and cold water enclosed outside shower with dressing room is like having an extra bathroom. The kitchen, dining room and large family room open to the outside area. The kitchen is "fully" equipped with top of the line appliances as well as a granite topped center island with stools. There are fireplaces in both the family room and living room. The family room has a table with four armchairs for eating or playing games. There is a flat screen TV over the fireplace as well as TVs in the kitchen and master bedroom.
The main streets of Chatham are less than five minutes away with fine restaurants, Friday night band concerts at the gazebo, the Monomoy Theatre and the popular Chatham A's baseball games. There are six beaches within a few miles of the house. Chatham is located in the central part and is surrounded by Pleasant Bay and Nantucket Sound. Chatham is within 30 minutes of Hyannis and the outer parts of the cape. There is ferry service to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard from Harwich and Hyannis.
At "home" you will find high speed wireless Internet access and long distance phone service (only in the USA), a Wi connection and stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers are also available. There is, of course a CD player. Other amenities: fans available in every room (if needed), washer and dryer in a separate area with rods for hanging clothes, oversized two car garage with electric openers. Beds: king bed, queen bed, queen sofa bed, twin beds and single bed. Linens are provided for all beds. There is also an ample supply of bathroom towels and large towels for the beach and pool. Entertainment: 3 TVs with cable, CD player, stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers. There are also many toys, games, and books for both children and adults. Kitchen: full kitchen with large center island, oversized refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, wall oven, cook top and warming drawer. You will find more than enough dishes, silverware, pots, pans and small appliances. There is also a fully stocked linen closet with linens for the kitchen, dining room and outside tables. Outdoor Features: deck, in-ground heated pool, hot tub. Enclosed (hot and cold water) outside shower, gas grill, ample furniture, children's pool toys, pool chaises and fire pit.
This is the perfect house to enjoy the Cape Cod lifestyle.

Thank you for your understanding during this tough wsek of Hurricane Irene. The house is great and we hope to come back and use it again in the coming summers. Owner's note - the tenant stayed at the house for 4 days with no power due to the hurricane. They were given a complete refund of their rent.

Our two families want thank you for sharing your warm and cozy home. At one time there were 6 adults and one baby in the house. We all enjoyed our private spaces and our "together" spaces - the family room, the deck/pool, and our favorite meeting place, your kitchen. Chatham. of course, is everyone's favorite Cape town, especially since many of this clan comes from NYC. So, combined with your town and your lovely home, we have thoroughly enjoyed our lomg-awaited week's vacation.

Chatham is beautiful and we got a chance to relax, enjoy some delicious food (both at restaurants and cooking here), loved the pool and beaches and got in some golf. It was a wonderful vacation. We want to thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We have had a wonderful stay. Your home is so warm and inviting and we love the layout - it gave everyone the space they needed.You have it stocked with every amenity one could possibly need. We had a great week weatherwise, so we were able to enjoy both the pool and the hot tub. We brought our dog with us and she loved being able to run around the yard without a leash on. Again, thank you fot a memorable vacation.

Our vacation week here at your home was wonderful. Even with the monsoon rain, the house was warm and welcoming and was so relaxing. With two new grandsons and a five year old granddaughter, we didn't think it was possible to take a family vacation this year -- then we came across your wonderful cottage for rent, so we decided to give it a try.
