The cabin was awesome!! A lot bigger than in the pictures. Extremely clean and tons of interesting decorations. Short drive to downtown, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and watch the deer. Would highly recommend to my friends and family and will definitely go back!!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Just returned home from a four night stay at the "Bunkhouse" cabin and it was wonderful. All the reviews you read describe the property perfectly. It is a terrific spot to relax and enjoy the peace, privacy, security, and serenity after having spent some days and nights in downtown Nashville, shopping, and sightseeing. The convenience to downtown, West End, Belmont/Hillsboro, etc. can't be beat. You are so close yet so far. I never had the pleasure of meeting the Jeff, the owner, but spoke to him on the phone and he couldn't be more friendly and kind. He gave us an access code to the property when I called him upon arrival. We settled in and everything was ready to go for us. He called us to tell us about a little hang up on the toilet in the second bath but we were aware of it and handled it. Sorry we didn't get a chance to meet him. Looking forward to a return visit.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

The Nashville Bunkhouse provided an excellent venue for getting away from it all to work on music, while at the same time being located conveniently for getting to downtown, music row, and the Bluebird. Try Ri'chards just up the street in Whites Creek for music, beer, food, and fun. Jeff was easy to work with and helpful in settling us in for our stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

This is an amazing little bunkhouse cabin. We decided at the last minute to make a short visit to Nashville and needed a place to stay for one night. We found the perfect spot!!!! Trying to rent a cabin at the last minute is difficult. The owners of the cabin made it a simple and smooth transaction. They made our stay possible by answering emails very quickly. The cabin is a step back in time with all the modern conveniences. My 2 children loved it. My son even decided that one day he would like to have one built just like it .Not too far from Nashville, yet secluded with lots of peacefulness and tranquility. We saw 3 deer in the back yard. Thanks again for making our stay possible.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

My wife and I had a great time staying at the cabin. It felt so much like home and the owners were very easy to deal with. Great people also. Very private and peaceful. We watched 4 deer almost every night out the back yard at dusk when we were there. Very close to the downtown a 10 minute drive. We highly recommend this cabin and we have already told lots of people about it. We can't wait to go back again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

We came to Nashville for a Half Marathon...Nashville Bunkhouse was perfect! Only 15 minutes to downtown Nashville, but far enough out for a peaceful & quiet setting. Felt like we were home away from home. Can't wait to come back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Delightful, clean as a whistle cabin! Much bigger than the pictures show. The back music room w/ the sofa could easily be used as a second bedroom w/ the second bath located right beside it in the hall. We rented to have an Easter Lunch and Egg Hunt for the kids & grandkids from Nashvile. Much to my and to the owner's surprise, the oven didn't work ( try baking cookies and a ham w/o an oven). Used my girl scout training and fun was had by all. My favorite place was sitting on the back deck. Deer, peacocks, a family of lizards ( and a few ticks and chiggers).Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We recently stayed in the cabin over the weekend for a girls get-a-away! This was our meet in the middle place (2 from Chattanooga, 1 from Memphis). Had such a wonderful time and never left the property. The cabin was clean, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. The owner was very helpful with directions and early check-in. We will definitely come back again! Melissa, Kim, and CristiRecommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
