  • The app. located close to Brighton Beach..which is very conviniet for food and transportation. App.. is very clean, with comfortable furniture, clean sheets and towels. The owner Dmitry is very friendly and helpfull. Overall, we had a wonderfull vacation, and will defenetlly rent this place again.

  • My mother and I stayed here for a 6 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed this apartment. It is very spacious and well furnished, including a well-appointed kitchen, a very comfortable beds, wireless internet, free phone and cable TV. We went to several performances in Manhattan and it was very convenient to the city--an easy walk to the subway (B and Q Trains) and then an easy ride (30-45 minutes) to the theater district. We regularly returned to the apartment around midnight and felt perfectly safe walking through the neighborhood at that time. And speaking of the neighborhood, it offers many good restaurants, food shops and boutiques all within a couple of blocks. We will certainly stay here again on our next trip. Helena K.

  • We stayed at this property for a two weeks in June of 2009. It was clean and spacious and the landlord was very nice and helpful. The location is great-a beautiful area of Brooklyn away from the hustle of NYC but still within very easy reach of The Big Apple and with many good restaurants and all the shop's you need . The Subway and the beach is just 10 minutes away.I would recommend this place to anyone and definitely stay there again.

  • We stayed in this lovely remodeling apartment for 3 days .Very nice and cozy apartment,comfortable and spacious and contained everything we could wish for,well managed and with all the necessary equipment. It was fun to discover Brooklyn,but it was still easy to get into Manhattan by subway. We had a wonderful stay.owner is extremely helpful. Would recommend to friends and family. Thanks again!!!
