The guest bedroom has twin size beds, large closet and adjoining full bathroom. The living room has a queen size sofa with pullout bed, love seat, recliner, casual chair and entertainment center. The modern and efficient kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator and icemaker, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender plus all cooking and dining utensils.
Counter with two bar stools and large round table in separate breakfast area with seating for four. Formal dining room seats six. Washer/Dryer conveniently located in the condo unit.
For a transfer fee of $250 you and a guest can golf and use ALL amenities.
