This second floor Hampton villa features panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and tropical landscape from both the living area and bedrooms. The villa has been completely renovated and refurnished in 2011, featuring granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the kitchen, new tile flooring in the living areas and bathrooms, and new bedroom furnishings and carpeting in both bedrooms. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with full size washer/dryer. The living room furnishings include a sleeper sofa and a 60 inch flat screen TV and DVD/VCR. These upgrades make this villa hard to resist.
The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV/DVD combo and private bath with oversize Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features two double beds and a flat screen TV/DVD combo. The second bedroom, accessed from the bedroom and hallway, has a Jacuzzi/shower combination. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets.
Hampton Place is an oceanfront villa complex in the Palmetto Dunes Resort. Beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways leading to old-fashioned swings and a private beach access surround the large oceanfront pool complex. This features two large pools, a children’s pool, hot tub, extensive sun deck, covered gazebo and picnic tables with adjacent outdoor grills. Bathrooms and showers to rinse off from the beach, as well as a workout facility are also available. The complex is conveniently located next to the Omni Oceanfront Hotel which has specialty shops and restaurants.
The property includes one FREE hour of tennis per day at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center for 2012.

We have been going to HHI for 6 years now and it never disappoints. We loved the condo and all of the amenities that it had to offer. We will defintiely come back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.
