2 Bedroom 2 Bath 2nd Floor Oceanfront condo located in Palmetto Dunes Plantation.
This 2nd floor villa features a beautiful view of the Atlantic ocean, pool and grounds from both the living area and both bedrooms. Recently updated, this villa features a new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. For your added enjoyment, the oceanfront deck is accessible from the living room and guest bedroom.
The living room has a flat panel screen television with a VCR for your enjoyment.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a television and a private bath with a oversized Jacuzzi tub and separate step-in shower.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a television. The second bathroom, which is accessed from the guest bedroom and the hallway, has a Jacuzzi tub/shower combination.
Hampton Place is an oceanfront villa complex in the Palmetto Dunes Resort. Beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways leading to old-fashioned swings and a private beach access surround the large oceanfront pool complex. There is an Adult only pool and a workout facility.
Hampton Place has two large pools*. A children's pool, hot tub, extensive sun deck, covered gazebo and picnic tables with adjacent outdoor grills complete this setting. Bathrooms and showers to rinse off from the beach are available. Also the complex is conveniently located next door to the Hilton Oceanfront Hotel which has specialty shops and restaurants.
