Inlet Point Villas is a very private, gated community uniquely located on a point which fronts both the ocean AND the ocean inlet. It lies directly across from Waties Island, an undeveloped barrier island to which you can swim, raft or kayak for shelling and exploration. The tidal marshes are also fantastic for kayaking and fishing, as well as wildlife viewing.
The huge private beach is ever changing with the tides and currents. The many sandbars and tidal pools are excellent places for children to wade and explore. All one sees at Inlet Point is NATURE in all its glory! There are no other buildings or high rises to mar the view. The sunsets and sunrises are awe inspiring! Convenient to golf, shopping restaurants and all the attractions of the Grand Strand, this gated community directly on the point, has such great privacy and unobstructed, panoramic views of the ocean, island and tidal marshes, that one sees only tremendous natural beauty! The location across from Waties Island is like no other, and offers great possibilities for shelling and exploration! For families with children, a romantic getaway or a QUIET, PRIVATE respite, Inlet Point has it all!

My husband, 2 year old daughter, and I just returned from our vacation in this unit. This was our daughter's first trip to the ocean and we could have not picked a better location. She had a ball splashing around at low tide and helping mommy look for shells. The condo was just beautiful and VERY clean. We enjoyed working with Deborah (owner) she was super nice and very helpful. We are already talking about coming back next year to this same location. Shopping at Barefoot Landing was great and the food at TBonz was awesome!!! Don't hesitate to book your vacation here...........you will LOVE IT!!! Thanks Deborah for letting us enjoy your beautiful home for the week.

We just returned from our vacation and it was wonderful! not only did we have great weather the condo was wonderful, the veiw was so soothing. We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for years and I think we just found a new home! After a busy year, my daughter and I were looking for a place to relax. We found just that at Deborah's condo at Inlet Pointe. The deck overlooks the inlet and ocean and is surrounded by water and white sand. Right from the deck, overlooking the water, a breathtaking sunrise greeted us each morning and beautiful sunset ended every day. At night we also enjoyed watching the boats go in to Little River Harbor in the distance. Our family went horseback riding across the water on Waites Island, a pristine, uninhabited island. A boat ramp and small park is not far from the condo, I rode my bike there most mornings to watch the boats launch for a day of fishing and watch people fish from the shore. This gated community is very clean and well kept. The condo is well decorated with warm hues, nice artwork and is well furnished. The bathrooms are nice and newly updated. There is a little walk to the ocean itself. But the sidewalk and grounds are beautiful and we didn't mind it at all. At the ocean, the beach is big enough to play games, build sand castles and fish. This is a very private section of the beach, with lots of space for the family to enjoy many activities. If that is what you are looking for, you may have found it at Deborah's condo at Inlet Point.

My family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed at this condo for one week in June. The condo was easy to find; we had no trouble with the directions getting there. It is on the 3rd floor of a gated complex. The listing description accurately describes the condo. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all full-size and very comfortable. The condo is clean and has very cozy furniture & beachy decor to create a relaxing environment. I was very impressed with the overall complex; this was a very quiet, well-maintained community. I spoke with the owner several times before our visit--she answered her phone every time I called and answered all of my questions. She truly goes out of her way to make your visit pleasurable. I liked this condo because I could sit on the front porch and watch the girls swimming in the pool or playing tennis on the court. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio watching people fish in the inlet. There is a kayak to use in the inlet also. We enjoyed playing in the waves, building sand castles, walking over to Waites Island to explore, and rafting in the inlet. All is within steps from the condo. The view is amazing! We waded with sting rays. We enjoyed dining at Angelo's Italian buffet, a Mongolian BBQ and the hilarious Dick's Last Resort. We had a ball at Ripley's Mirror Maze and 4D Motion Ride. We explored the famous "Gay Dolphin" beach shop. You can fish off of multiple piers--just make sure you throw those sand sharks back! We had a lot of fun at Barefoot Landing and Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede. And of course, you have to play mini golf while in North Myrtle Beach. We ended our trip with a banana boat ride & parasailing @ Bob's Watersports just down the street. I enjoyed quiet days at the uncrowded beach and exciting evenings full of all that Myrtle Beach has to offer! I would recommend this property to anyone, and definitely hope to come back again one day!

My family, 3 girls and my fiance stayed at Inlet Point during spring break this year. The main reason we went was to get married on the beach. We could not have picked any better area to stay and get married. As stated we were right across from Waite Island and had beautiful views. We all enjoyed the convience of being on the beach and having most of the beach to ourselves. It was so nice and quiet. I don't know how crowded it will be during the summer time but it was very nice at spring time. All of my family came down and stayed for the wedding. They all came to spend their time on the beach down with us. My nephew stayed at another condo here at Inlet and enjoyed his stay. We all were able to set up a volleyball net and play on the beach. I would highly reccomend this area.The owner was very accessible and answered all our questions and was very interested in making our stay a pleasant one.Thanks,Deborah!
