We stayed at this wonderful condo for the month of April 2011, and the weather was vintage Florida , and the condo was a perfect match for the glorious weather. Spacious and bright with a huge wrap around balcony , the condo was all it was advertised to be and more. If you like panorama views of the Gulf of Mexico, constant sighting of schools of sting rays, dolphins and occasionally, manatee, this is the place to be. The resort itself has much to offer, with beautiful grounds adjoined to the sands of Redington Shores beach. Close enough to all the shopping, restaurants and sporting events, yet still located in what can be described as a relatively relaxed part of Clearwater Island. Our family just loved the whole experience. Rick & Heather

This condo was just as it was advertised. Beautiful and relaxing. The owner was cordial in welcoming us to the property. The security was a little fussy with details, but we caught on. The view is spectacular from the balcony and the beach was very private and full of shells for souveniers. We found shopping at nearby John's Pass to be full of fun. We LOVED Bubba Gump's also at John's Pass. Crabby Bill's at Clearwater was pretty good too! Also, you gotta have breakfast at The Frog Pond, just down the street....awesome!! We had three visits to Busch Gardens and one day at Adventure Island water park! Very fun vacation~Would love to do it again!!!!

We were looking forward for this vacation for a long time and we were so happy we chose this condo: The views from the 8th floor are spectacular. Since this is a corner unit, we had an almost endless view of the beach and surroundings. On the balcony there were plenty of chairs, lounge chairs and a table to eat ouside. The unit itself was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. Everything we needed was there: tv, internet, dvd, kitchenware, you name it. The bathrooms were updated and clean and the big shower in the master was very convenient for us and the kids. All four of us loved to sit outside to watch the dolphins, the magnificient sunsets and the great variety of birds. This gated community made us feel very secure. The grounds are immaculate and the pool is a perfect size. We appreciated the fact there was a gym and a library where we could always grab a magazine, book or even puzzles. Our landlord was on site to welcome us, show us around and lightning quick to assist us. Besides enjoying the beautiful beach, there is a lot to do around: We went five time to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, we went to the Florida aquarium and also don't miss the Dali museum in St Petersburg. We also visited Fort the Soto park and Sand key beach. If you like a busy beach there is also Clearwater beach which is about 20 minutes away, but we greatly preferred our beach. As far as restaurants go, we loved Bubba Gump at John's Pass. We are now back in Montreal with wonderful memories. I would recommend this condo to my family and friends without any hesitation.

This was the first year for my wife and I to experience being "snowbirds". We looked at dozens of listings, looked at hundreds of pictures and descriptions, and spoke to many, many owners. We couldn't possibly have made3 a better decision. The description of the property was spot on, and underdstated if anything. Everything that we had beed told was there was there, and everything was in first class condition. The owner was incredible. He was more than anxious to help answer any number of silly questions, had good referals for super markets, restaurants, etc. He had a basket of local papers, brochures, discount coupons for attractions, etc. in the unit upon our arrival. The location of this property, mid way between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach, couldn'h ave been more convenient or nicer. We were here for 3 and 1/2 months, and from day one felt right at home. The highest recommendation we can give is to say that we've already signed up the 3 1/2 months next winter.
