This rental was amazing. My girlfriend and I have been coming to Breckenridge for 3 years now and this year we brought another couple. This was by far the most warm and inviting home we have been to. The little things is what made our trip amazing. The owners had everything we needed. The kitchen didn't just have a few of this and that. It had EVERYTHING! There were little things provided that we didn't even know we needed (i.e. a humidifier). The location was great and just a short walk up 4 O'clock road to the ski lift and a walk across the street to the town of Breckenridge. Also, the beds were super comfortable. I could keep on discussing all the amazing amenities but I think you get the point. We will definitely be back!

The location was perfect. Once the car was parked, we only used it once during our stay to make a large grocery store run. Main St. was just minutes away, so we were able to walk to all of the shops and restaurants, which was nice! The condo was beautiful, cozy, and very clean. The owners are wonderful hosts--the condo had everything we could possibly need. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family and hope to return in the future.

Great stay for two family ski vacation

We spent our ski vacation in March 2011 in Breckenridge and stayed at this convenient condo. We were traveling with another family, both of us with a child under 1. The condo was very comfortable for two families, the bedrooms were on the opposite side of the hall, both with king size beds, so no one had to give up comfort :) Both bedrooms had their own bathroom, however, only one has a tub. The living room has ample seating, the kitchen is well equipped, the dining area enough for six people to sit at the table and some more at the breakfast bar. The condo is nicely decorated and the furniture seems to be fairly new. Everything was nice and clean and I cannot think of anything else we would have needed. There is a ski storage closet just outside the door. We rented skis and snowboards just across the street at Lone Star. The lifts are just up the street maybe a 3-5 minute walk or you can ride the shuttle that stops maybe a 100 yards from the condo. At the end of the day, you can ski down almost to the front door. Maybe a 20 yard walk. Close to Main Street and Starbucks. The condo was accurately described on the listing, no surprises. Owners easy to deal with. We had a great time here and would recommend the condo to anyone.

Beutiful Condo and Close to Everything!

This was the perfect condo for our family! One block off Main Street and an eight minute walk to drop the kids off for ski lessons in The Village. The condo was very clean and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed; the steam shower was just the ticket after a day of skiing!

Breck in the Summer

This condo was just as advertised - clean, modern and convenient (just a block from Main Street). We were there with another couple and we just loved this property. We could walk to Main Street (Starbucks in particular) and enjoy the shopping and dining (you gotta go to Relish). Getting out of the Texas heat is a must and coming back here next year falls into the same category.

Summer Breck. vacation

This is a great place for a summer vacation! Concerts across the street, commons area and river 1 block away, shopping and resturants all within walking distance. Breckenridge was a great hub for biking, hiking, and fishing. The condo has a great floor plan to allow couples' privacy yet accomodate getting together for meals and entertaining. The decorating is gorgeous. We enjoyed using the balcony for the morning cup of coffee and evening refreshment. We'd return in a heartbeat and have recommended this place to our friends.

This condo is fabulous -- in appearance, cleanliness, location, everything! The decor is absolutely beautiful -- full of class and comfort. (Even the kitchen was incredibly equipped!) We couldn't believe the amazing location! We loved being across the street from the Riverwalk Center and just a block from historic Main Street. And during ski season, we'll look forward to skiing down Four O'Clock Run, popping off our skiis, and walking across the street to the condo! Needless to say, we'll be back...very soon!
