I KNOW YOU DON'T KNOW US, BUT WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE TAKE CARE OF IT AS WE WILL MOVE IN TO IT WITH OUR THREE KIDS LATER IN THE SUMMER OR EARLY FALL SEASON. WE HAVE KEPT THE RATES LOW TO MAKE IT AFFORDABLE & TO GET SOME RENTALS TO HELP US OUT WITH THE MORTGAGE ON IT UNTIL WE CAN SELL OUR HOUSE & MOVE DOWN THERE. This Condominium sits directly on the beach with a spacious balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico. Just step into the elevator and you're taken right to the beautiful white sandy beach. Navarre Beach isn't over-crowded like most beaches, which allows you to pick a great spot!
No details were left out in this Condominium featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, granite countertops, washer, dryer, jacuzzi tub, and tile showers. The master bedroom has its own access to the balcony. Also, from the king size bed, you have a great view of the beach. This condo has a great floor plan, with a large dining room. There's plenty of room in the kitchen, which opens up into the dining & family rooms.
The foyer, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room & family room all have 20"x20" imported porcelain tile flooring. There are a total of four Casablanca brand ceiling fans in the condo & a pewter chandelier over the dining room table. All bedrooms are large and have their own bathrooms and closets.
Each bedroom has it's own TV with DVD. So feel right at home while right on the beach with this professionally decorated condo. The condo also has a top-of-the-line 50-inch DLP WIDESCREEN HDTV in the family room. Each bedroom has a LCD Flat Panel TV in it. So bring your favorite movies and your video game system of choice.
It's just a short walk or drive to many activities and restaurants. Rent wave-runners just down the street, play beach volleyball, or ride bikes down through the state park. You will have access to covered parking & tennis courts right at the resort as well.
There are tiki huts and outdoor grills where you can enjoy a great meal. You can do as much or as little as you want! This is a great place to rejuvenate yourself, and it's also a great family environment.
Florida is the sunshine state, so sunbathe next to the emerald green waters of Navarre Beach, or relax, read or take a nap under a beach umbrella. At night, open the sliding doors to the balcony and listen to the waves on the beach from the master bedroom.
The Olympic size pool (largest pool on the beach) just had new pool furniture added as well as more palm trees & upgraded landscaping. I currently have rates reduced for this season, so this will be the last year you will be able to get these rates. This unit also provides High Speed Internet!
The condo will be supplied with normal amenities such as trash bags, toiletries for the bathroom, bath towels, dishwasher detergent, etc. If you run low on anything, please don't hesitate to ask for more supplies from the cleaning folks. I also supply items such as salt & pepper, coffee filters, cooking spray, & laundry detergent as these are common items that people use when on vacation. If these items are out or low, please contact me & I will have them brought over to you. Enjoy!

I highly recommend this condo. My family and I just came back from staying in this condo. I normally don't write reviews; however, this condo warranted a review. We usually take several trips each year. This is one of the best condos we have ever rented. The condo was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and had gorgeous views. This was a well-furnished, up-to-date condo. We will be staying there again. We had originally reserved the condo for Labor Day weekend. Due to the tropical storm that developed over the region that weekend, I asked if he would allow me to swich dates; and he was kind enough to accommodate us.

Some friends and I stayed at this condo a few wks ago. This is a very nice condo...well appointed and clean. They location is also great. Just a short walk to the pier which I enjoyed watching ppl fish and seeing some sea life. The condo is about halfway up the building being on the 10th floor giving you great views but not to high. The views from the balcony are awesome and saw dolphin almost every day. The owners are very nice and understanding as well. Will be back....

This was our family's first time renting a privately owned condo, so we were not quite sure what to expect. Everyone I spoke with and e-mailed was so patient and helpful in getting us through the process. We checked in and went up to the condo and were blown away. The whole space is open, welcoming and well-appointed. The views are fabulous! It is right on the beach and if we were not on the beach, we were on the balcony enjoying the peace and the views. The beds are very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. As an added bonus, this condo was on the East side of the building, so we enjoyed beautiful sunrises and were shaded on the balcony through the warmer parts of the day and at sunset, when we were all taking a break from the sun. It was perfect. We are sending our recommendations to our family and friends and we will be back!!

We loved staying in this gorgeous condo for Spring Break! It has plenty of room: the living room, dining room, and kitchen are all in between the master suite and other bedrooms, so parents have privacy. The kitchen has everything a family needs, and the view from the deck is gorgeous! The tile floors help make the condo look nice and open. We plan to rent the same unit next year if it's available.

Our family stayed in this beautiful condo last year - and we are so excited to return this year! The condo was immaculate and comfy - the pool is unbelievable - and of course ... Navarre Beach ... a little bit of Heaven on earth! Mike is friendly and helpful and responded quickly to my emails. I would definitely recommend!!! :)

We went here for spring break with my 2 children, their grandmother, and their great-grandmother. This place was fantastic, relaxing, and fun for everyone. I had never rented a condo before the man renting it was EXTREMELY patient and helpful throughout the whole process. The condo itself is well...I made a list of my favorite parts: 1. LOCATION This condo is right on the gulf beach (not across the street like some beachfront places) and Navarre is one of the most relaxing places I've ever been. NO loud people, NO horn honking traffic at all hours, and NO over crowded beach. Plus, it's located right between Pensacola and Destin. So with a little drive you can enjoy the more touristy attractions if you like. 2. SPOTLESSLY CLEAN The whole condo was "white gloves" clean (and beautifully decorated too.) 3. THE VIEW The huge balcony had an unobstructed view of the pristine gulf waters and beach. I must confess if we weren't on the beach we were on the balcony. 4. THE MASTER BATH I know it seems a little weird, but this bath is more like a spa with a big jacuzzi tub that you can sit in and look out to the beach, and an oversized fully tiled shower. 5. THE COMFY BEDS We all slept wonderfully on the beds in the condo. They were all so comfortable with soft clean linens and pillows aplenty on them all. 6. THE MASSIVE SIZE The condo was BIG and had great natural lighting and views from the huge windows. 7. THE OLYMPIC SIZE POOL Even in March it was a good temperature and was lighted at night so we could swim there after the beach was too dark. I just can't say enough good things about this place. IT IS GREAT!!!!
