The 1280 Beach House (aka - Happy Hour)offers a wonderful vacation experience in the Gulf Shores area. Our home is superbly decorated and offers amenities not available in typical rentals.

The warm A-frame construction of this home offers wonderful views of the white sandy beaches and emerald waters that make the Gulf Coast Area famous. This also offers plenty of room for you and our family to enjoy your well deserved vacation. Our home can be rented as a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath This home is intended to provide a vacation experience that will keep you coming back for years to come. We hope you enjoy our home and develop memories that will last a lifetime.

Main Floor: The first floor features an open living room with kitchen, dining area, dining bar, laundry room, two full baths, master bedroom/bath suite, and two additional bedrooms. Also on the first floor is a large patio with plenty of room for entertaining, relaxing, grilling, and enjoying the sites and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.

Large Living Room: is the gathering place for our home with an 18 foot vaulted ceiling. An entertainment center houses a surround sound audio/video system with CD, DVD, and VCR. Large windows provide a great view of the beaches and the gulf. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.


The Deck: for those breezy nights.... adjoins the living area.
The Large Kitchen: contains all the equipment necessary for preparing a gourmet meal. Smooth top stove with built in Microwave oven. We have stocked the kitchen with more than enough place settings and new cook ware. The refrigerator/freezer and ice maker will accommodate a large group. Adjacent dining areas provide ample seating.

Bedrooms: The master suite features a queen size bed, large closet, and a large modern bathroom. A television and VCR is provided for late night viewing. Bedroom #2 offers a King-size bed and Bedroom #3 offers a Full-size bed.

Down Below: The Ground floor offers plenty of covered parking to keep you vehicles out of the hot summer sun and for storing your beach gear.
