  I have been coming this lovely condo/villa for five years – usually several times each year with at least one visit in the fall or winter. It is such a treat for my family and friends, many of whom have returned to the area to rent this specific unit. We love the location in the back of the resort where it is so quiet. While on the screened in porch, close your eyes and listen to the fountain...sounds like you are by a peaceful waterfall! The villa has always been clean and had that "new" smell and if there have been any issues (extra towels for example) they have been resolved immediately. We have been comfortable whether catnapping on the couch or snoozing away in the beds. We prefer dining at the many local restaurants but have used the well stocked kitchen to make appetizers or late night snacks and of course our morning coffee! We enjoy checking out the decor changes upon each new arrival. Lovely beach themed hooks have been added to the porch for towel/bathing suit drying. Books and magazines are another new addition as well as several new pictures…though we found our old favorites in new places! We love the cheerful hominess of the place and all the bright colors. Generally we sit by the pool but this past trip we took advantage of the Barefoot cabana and went to the beach. It was fabulous and convenient to have private restroom facilities so close by. I just recommended this unit to some friends who will be visiting in mid September. Anyone planning on visiting the area should take advantage of this specific condo/villa!

  We have been to this condo every summer for the past 3 years! We absolutely love it! The docor is so bright and cherry. The color scheme is modern and creative! Being a decorator, this is important to me. Every cooking item we have needed we have found in the kitchen. The screened in balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while relaxing to the sound of the fountain. It has always been spotless upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable and we could push the twin beds together to make a second king size bed. We have always had 6 people in our party, (5 adults and 1 child), and have always had plenty of space...no complaints about anything. We are planning on staying in this beautiful condo next summer, love it so much! A little advise...reserve it early to get the dates you want!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  Carpets were visibly dirty (large chunks of hot dog buns and crumbs everywhere) and stained. We thoroughly cleaned the place upon seeing this. The beds were absolutely horrible. I can't believe that mattresses are made to be this uncomfortable. When the pull out sofa is the most comfortable place to sleep in the condo, there is a major problem. We left after one night since nobody in our group could bear another night on those mattresses. Look elsewhere before booking this unit.

  Owner response: The cleaning issue, which was an anomaly, has been rectified. The cleaning company will now be under very close scrutiny to ensure similar incidents do not occur in the future. This was the first time a cleaning complaint has been raised on this unit. Beds are always a personal preference, with some wanting firmer beds and some softer. Bed upgrades will be occuring in the coming months. We have many repeat renters, year after year, and beds and cleanliness have not been an issue although I do understand that not everyone has the preferences.
