The best description of our property is that it is RIGHT ON THE BEACH. And a great beach it is. Dolphins will go by all day long. The Master bedroom is right off the Lanai, so you wake up to the sounds of waves hitting the shore. The furniture is all new and it looks like a beach house should look like.
We have beach chairs in a locked storage area so you can enjoy the beach. All the furniture is new and the living room couch is an L shaped couch and is very comfortable. If you are a TV person, we have new wide screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a great tempur pedic type king size bed, and its so comfortable it's hard to get out of bed in the morning.
The kitchen is clean and bright. All the appliances and dishes and accessories are new. You'll enjoy sitting on the beach watching the sunset and putting your feet in the water.

It is a great beach location that lets you forget about your back home problems. But is very close to anything you want to do. 25 minutes to the airport. 3rd floor location lets you easily walk the stairs or take the elevator.

Right on beach. Rental boats are nearby and available. Great shopping and restaurants. Rent jet skis or parasail nearby.

We bought this condo to use ourselves but we are also renting it out to defer some of the costs of ownership. We repainted the entire unit and bought all new furniture. The appliances and all kitchen equipment is brand new.
