Quaint, Victorian beach house just 1 1/2 Blocks from the Beach, boardwalk, rides, and shopping areas. All of our units are clean and affordable.
SENIOR WEEKS: $375 per person/week + $100 security deposit per person.
PROM WEEKENDS: $60 per person/per night (3 night minimum), $50 security deposit per person. You can drop off your clothes/items the day before your arrival.
MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND: $75 per person per night, $50 security deposit per person. 3 night minimum.
Each unit includes:
1 private parking space;
Beach tags;
2 window air conditioning units;
cable/VCR;
outdoor shower on side of house;
coin-operated washer/dryer in garage;
storage for beach stuff/bikes in garage.
Units A & B(rented together)- Ground Floor - 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, living room, 2 kitchens, front porch, rear entrance to outdoor shower. Sleeps 12.
Unit C - 1st floor - 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, huge living room w/ dining area and fireplace, deck off living room, large kitchen w/ breakfast bar. Washer/Dryer in unit, rear deck.
Units D & E (rented together) - 2nd floor - 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, newer kitchen, deck. plus, Top floor - 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living area w/ skylight and cathedral ceiling, ocean views from rear deck. Units sleeps 16 total (8 in each unit)
