Rented as one unit only, so you get both sides, ideal for some separation, but the entire 2800 square ft. six bedrooms are yours. Book online (ask owner for website address).
Six bedrooms total, (two master suites) and all six roomy bedrooms have comfortable, queen size beds. Four full baths and two half-baths. Two full kitchens and dining rooms, with open floor plan. Each living room area has a queen hide a bed. Television with cable, (one each in the masters and living room) VCR/DVD player.
All towels, linens, even blow dryers, shampoo and body soap are there for you, for lighter travel.
Reverse living, laundry room, two bedrooms, and full bath on ground level. Large entry way with storage for all your play equipment. Living room, dining room seats 8 (plus 2 at the counter), kitchen, master bedroom with full bath and walk in closet, 1/2 bath all upstairs with Mount Bachelor views. Each side is a mirror image and you get both sides when renting!
No social gatherings permitted, and only the guests that booked to home are allowed.

The home is one mile to the Old Mill where there are dozens of stores, restaurants and 16 plex movie cinema. Minutes from Factory Outlets, Mt Bachelor Ski Resort, (approx. 25 miles), Deschutes River, and downtown Bend. Service for 20 people total. Limited parking of 4 vehicles only at any time. We supply linens, towels, shampoo, blow dryers, robes, washer/dryer for your use.
CLIENTS CHOICE for cleaning fee, either all the linens and towels laundered and kitchen area as you found it (including dishes) with exception of final dusting, vacuum and sanitizing done by our staff, OR we provide full cleaning at the rate of $40. per hour deducted from your security deposit authorization held on your credit card at the time of booking.
