This is a remodeled oversized two bedroom, three bath unit with all of the amenities. Our unit has two master suites, each with their own bath, plus a Murphy (wall) bed, a sleeper sofa and a third bathroom to comfortably accommodate up to eight people. With over 1185 sq feet, you will feel right at home. One bedroom holds a plush king sized bed and oversized reading chair which make for great viewing of the flat screen TV and views outside. The master bath has 2 separate sinks, bathtub and close off toilet.
Master Guest Bedroom - This equally large bedroom has a luxurious queen size bed and mini workstation along with the amazing views of the pool and river run village. This room also has the luxury of a flat screen TV comfortably watched from the bed. The bathroom has double sinks, a bathtub and close off toilet.
The kitchen boasts beautiful granite counter tops, slate flooring and top of the line stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with anything you need to prepare whatever meal you are making. The breakfast bar seats 4 for more informal dining and the dining room table elegantly seats 8. The Springs is so close to the gondola that coming back to the condo for any meal is almost easier than dining out.
Our unit has one of the best balconies in all of Keystone, with amazing views of the pool, water slide and hot tubs as well as the ski slopes. Being on this balcony is beautiful any time of day and will leave you thinking you’re in a fairytale – the slopes and pool glisten by day and are lit up for night riding in the evening.
The Springs is the newest condominium building in River Run, is closest to the gondola, and has the best amenities: a year-round heated outdoor pool with the only water slide in River Run, TWO outdoor hot tubs (the second is new and is for adults only), a BBQ grill and fire pit, heated underground parking, and a fitness room with a sauna and showers. Enjoy the spacious common area with a home theater, a slate pool table, a game room, a kid's play room, and a 15' waterfall.
The new gondola, with double the capacity of the old, is only a 50 yard walk away. Enjoy the only night skiing in Summit County, and over 3,000 acres of skiing fun on three mountains. In the summer, ride up the gondola to mountain bike the marked trails or hike the mountain-side. Play golf on Keystone's two championship courses, included on Sports Illustrated's list of Silver Medal resorts.
