This Aspens Racquet Club Condo has been recently been upgraded with new lodgepole Queen beds in each of the 2 bedrooms. This is a moderate rental unit, that is well equipped with all the necessities. A perfect, and affordable rental for your family vacation.
The unit comes complete with a full kitchen on the main level, coffee pot, microwave, fridge and stove are all standard. The living room includes 2 chairs and a 3 person sofa sleeper for the extra bedding room. The first bedroom is located on the main floor has a Queen lodgePole Bed and private dresser, as well as a full bathroom and washer/dryer in the next room.
The fireplace will provide a nice place to relax after a long day of skiing the mountain! The unit comes equipped with high speed internet and standard digital cable package. The dining room seats 6 people for those family dinners. There is also a patio, which comes with a charcoal grill as well as some patio furniture.
The second bedroom, with a Queen lodgepole bed, is located upstairs with a TV and full bathroom. The upstairs loft area, holds a lodgepole futon pullout which has room to sleep 1 comfortably. It also converts into a couch and has a TV, to make it a nice room for the kids to watch some television after a long day!
