Stunning, Contemporary villa in the Dorado del Mar Golf Country Club. Villa de Golf gated community (West Side), our villa is on the 9th Tee of the golf course (Chi Chi Rodriguez designed).
The first floor boasts a fully functional kitchen, living room, dining room, family room and 1/2 bathroom. Living room and family room doors lead out to a beautiful tiled and partially covered patio that is fully furnished for BBQ's, reading, napping and enjoying the view. Bose outdoor speakers connected to sound system in family room.
The second floor features a fully equipped laundry room, one bedroom with private bath and small balcony. The second bedroom on the second floor has been converted into a workout room with balcony facing the golf course.
The third floor features two bedrooms each with private bath one with bidet (one is the large master bedroom). The second bedroom on the 3rd floor is a painting studio/library that can easily accommodate 2 inflatable mattresses.
Fourth floor is a large rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the entire area. Beach facilities are on the grounds at the Embassy Suites Hotel only a short walk down the golf course. Other beautiful beaches are nearby for exploring.
Right in front of the villa is the pool and tennis courts.
The Villa is located an easy 30 minutes from San Juan airport. This is a great location for sightseeing. You can drive out west to Arecibo or east to San Juan and the rain forest. Excellent restaurants in the Dorado area.
Our villa is very large which makes it ideal for two couples with children.
